Are you tired of pesky scientifically documented facts supporting the reality of global warming and its relation to the increasingly fierce and odd weather?  A recent study by a respected economist revealed that increased spending in the military diverts resources necessary for (among other things) production and investment and thus, hurts the economy in the long run. Since Neocons are incapable of long-term thinking; this never crossed their minds, or they just didn’t care.

 Just as they did in the offset of the tragedy in New Orleans, the Regime is redirecting the blame for slow response to a natural disaster to a state government. In the aftermath of the recent tornado in Greensburg, Kansas, the governor – Kathleen Sebelius – was having trouble providing aid to her ailing citizens because of a lack of equipment – that mostly have gone to Iraq, along with the National Guard – and when she complained to the Feds about this, the Regime said it was all her fault. They alleged that Gov. Sebelius never requested help; therefore she didn’t get it, but the fact is that the Democratic Gov. had requested help last year after noting shortcomings in supply. Does anyone else get the slight feeling that at least a portion of this is intentional?

 Should we rejoice or mourn the Repug victory in their filibuster of a bill that would’ve legalized imported and cheaper medication from other industrialized nations? I say mourn, but the myopic state of mind these people maintain will never vanish so long as the current political system of corrupt fundraising and lobbying continues.

 As a result of Paul Wolfowitz’s gross incompetence; a majority of the World Bank has called for his resignation. Furthermore, most of our allies that are involved with the bank are seriously considering a reform of policies that would strip the authority of our country to appoint the President of the World Bank alone…great job guys; our nation is more marginalized today than ever!!

 The child mortality rate in Iraq has worsened over the last 15 years, due to disease and violence. Although it is a tragedy that one in every eight Iraqi children dies before they turn five; what is even more troubling is America’s rank as the 26^th in combating mortality rates. 26^th!! Let that sink in!! We can spend billions on fighting unjust wars, increasing spending on developing new and improved ways to slaughter millions in addition to all the payoffs the bastards give to Pharmaceutical companies, and we – the richest country in the world – lag behind 25 other LESS industrialized and poor nations in ensuring the longevity of our children’s existence? How the f*** can we live with ourselves?!! How can we sit by and permit 25 other countries to remain ahead of our so-called advanced and innovative genius in fighting this tragedy? It’s most definitely true that the Right only care for the unborn until they cease to reside in the womb…after that; they can fend for themselves!!

 As the movement for the impeachment and inevitable removal of the dictatorship grows amongst the populace (even according to a poll conducted by a Repug that had helped Newt Gingrich in the past, and is polling significantly higher than the attempts to impeach Clinton had in 1999), congress and even some former BOOsh underlings, one must ask; “what more must happen before Congress acts in defense of our liberties?” Honestly, this is getting to be ridiculous. Either uphold the constitution, or amend it to eliminate the very mechanism that was installed to do so.

 The State of South Dakota, or at least the department that deals with licensure of drivers and their plates, plans on imposing punitive actions on a citizen for having a plate that reads “MPEACHW”. Their supposed policy requires that if a plate could be potentially offensive to anyone; it will be disallowed. However, theirs a question of violating the first amendment here because this involves a public official and not a hate-related matter. I guest free speech is allowed as long as you don’t do it on government property. This is an incorrect perception as well because our taxes pay the wages/salary of all Bureau of Motor Vehicle employees and then our hard earned money pays for custom made plates; so, what the hell is the problem with using both to express yourself as long as it isn’t for the purpose of hurting others?

 I recently addressed Newark City Council for the sixth time on the matter of a resolution that would demand action on the impeachment and inevitable removal of the Regime. This transpired on Monday the 7th, wherein I said:

"To start this off, I first want to comment on the great admiration I have for all those serving overseas. These are the bravest amongst us that have chosen to serve our country; so we don’t have to. Their honor and integrity is in no way tarnished or diminished by the incompetence of George W. Bush and his regime, thus we should always stand in support of them and praise them for all they do.

 During my last visit; I commented on the importance of immediate action to stop global warming, and how the impeachment and removal of the current executive occupants is essential top ensuring that action is taken soon. However, global warming is nowhere near the only reason for the growing movement to hold this gang of criminals accountable for their atrocities.

 On April 24^th, Congressman Dennis Kucinich submitted H.Res. 333. As you may have heard by now, this resolution calls for the impeachment of Richard Cheney, and is undoubtedly the logical first step in eradicating the cancer that this regime has become. There are three articles in the bill that specifically reference to Cheney’s consistent insistence on using deception to initiate a war of aggression against Iraq, as well as the continued defense of the lies that preceded this war, and the stunningly similar pattern of deceit relating to Iran.

 An excerpt from the resolution:

“Article One;

‘Despite all evidence to the contrary, the Vice President actively and systematically sought to deceive the citizens and Congress of the United States about an alleged threat of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction:

Cheney has said the following;

`We know they have biological and chemical weapons.' (In a March 17, 2002)… Press Conference (with) His Highness Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of Bahrain.

‘…he is actively pursuing nuclear weapons at this time . . .' (In a) March 24, 2002 (interview on) CNN Late Edition.

`He is, in fact, actively and aggressively seeking to acquire nuclear weapons.' (In a) September 8, 2002 (interview on) NBC’s Meet the Press.

Preceding the March 2003 invasion of Iraq the Vice President was fully informed that no legitimate evidence existed of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. The Vice President pressured the intelligence community to change their findings to enable the deception of the citizens and Congress of the United States.

Vice President Cheney and his Chief of Staff, Lewis Libby, made multiple trips to the CIA in 2002 to question analysts studying Iraq's weapons programs and alleged links to al Qaeda, creating an environment in which analysts felt they were being pressured to make their assessments fit with the Bush administration's policy objectives accounts.

The Vice President's actions corrupted or attempted to corrupt the 2002 National Intelligence Estimate, an intelligence document issued on October 1, 2002, and carefully considered by Congress prior to the October 10, 2002, vote to authorize the use of force. The Vice President's actions prevented the necessary reconciliation of facts for the National Intelligence Estimate which resulted in a high number of dissenting opinions from technical experts in two Federal agencies.

The State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research dissenting view in the October 2002 National Intelligence Estimate references a Department of Energy opinion by stating that `INR accepts the judgment of technical experts at the US Department of Energy (DOE) who have concluded that the tubes Iraq seeks to acquire are poorly suited for use in gas centrifuges to be used for uranium enrichment and finds unpersuasive the arguments advanced by others to make the case that they are intended for that purpose.'

Article Two: Despite all evidence to the contrary, the Vice President actively and systematically sought to deceive the citizens and the Congress of the United States about an alleged relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda (in making the following statements):

`His regime aids and protects terrorists, including members of Al Qaeda. He could decide secretly to provide weapons of mass destruction to terrorists for use against us.' (In a) January 30, 2003 (speech) to the 30th Political Action Conference in Arlington, Virginia.

`We learned more and more that there was a relationship between Iraq and Al Qaeda that stretched back through most of the decade of the '90s, that it involved training, for example, on biological weapons and chemical weapons . . .' (In a) September 14, 2003 (interview on) NBC’s Meet the Press.

Preceding the March 2003 invasion of Iraq the Vice President was fully informed that no credible evidence existed of a working relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda, a fact articulated in several official documents, including:

Defense Intelligence Terrorism Summary No. 044-02, issued in February 2002 by the United States Defense Intelligence Agency, which challenged the credibility of information gleaned from captured al Qaeda leader al-Libi. The DIA report also cast significant doubt on the possibility of a Saddam Hussein-al-Qaeda conspiracy: `Saddam's regime is intensely secular and is wary of Islamic revolutionary movements. Moreover, Baghdad is unlikely to provide assistance to a group it cannot control.'.

A January 2003 British intelligence classified report on Iraq that concluded that `there are no current links between the Iraqi regime and the al-Qaeda network'.

Article Three: Despite no evidence that Iran has the intention or the capability of attacking the United States and despite the turmoil created by United States invasion of Iraq, the Vice President has openly threatened aggression against Iran as evidenced by the following (quotes):

`For our part, the United States is keeping all options on the table in addressing the irresponsible conduct of the regime. And we join other nations in sending that regime a clear message: We will not allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon.' (In a) March 7, 2006 (speech) to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee 2006 Policy Conference.

`When we--as the President did, for example, recently--deploy another aircraft carrier task force to the Gulf, that sends a very strong signal to everybody in the region that the United States is here to stay, that we clearly have significant capabilities, and that we are working with friends and allies as well as the international organizations to deal with the Iranian threat.' (In a) January 29, 2007 (interview with) Newsweek.

The Vice President, who repeatedly and falsely claimed to have had specific, detailed knowledge of Iraq's alleged weapons of mass destruction capabilities, is no doubt fully aware of evidence that demonstrates Iran poses no real threat to the United States as evidenced by the following (quote):

`I know that what we see in Iran right now is not the industrial capacity you can [use to develop a] bomb.' Mohamed ElBaradei, Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency, February 19, 2007.

The Vice President is fully aware of the actions taken by the United States towards Iran that are further destabilizing the world as evidenced by the following:

The United States is currently engaged in a military buildup in the Middle East that includes the increased presence of the United States Navy in the waters near Iran, significant United States Armed Forces in two nations neighboring to Iran, and the installation of anti-missile technology in the region.

News accounts have indicated that military planners have considered the B61-11, a tactical nuclear weapon, as one of the options to strike underground bunkers in Iran.

In the last three years the Vice President has repeatedly threatened Iran. However, the Vice President is legally bound by the U.S. Constitution's adherence to international law that prohibits threats of use of force.

Article Six of the Constitution recognizes any and all ratified treaties that our country sign to be adhered to as the supreme law of the land…accordingly, Kucinich remarks on our nation’s obligation to obey the treaties Congress has ratified:

The United States is a signatory to the United Nations Charter, a treaty among the nations of the world. Article II, Section 4 of the United Nations Charter states, `All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.' The threat of force is illegal.”

 Approximately ten state legislatures have recently taken up the issue of impeachment. Reason being that Thomas Jefferson, in his genius, set a standard in the Jefferson Manual that mandated congressional action on a matter if and when a state legislature demanded such action. Vermont has taken the most steps in the direction of initiating this procedure when the upper house of that state’s legislature passed a resolution demanding impeachment proceeds to begin immediately.

 During my attempts to coerce council’s action on Impeachment last fall; it was brought up on several occasions that this was not the appropriate forum for this discussion. However, as I should have brought up then, there was once another serious matter concerning the oppression of our people through the systematic suppression of our individual liberties that prompted a series of town-hall debates that eventually inspired the passage of resolutions throughout the 13 Colonies that led to the Declaration of Independence and the Revolutionary War.

 After all, as legend has it, Patrick Henry declared – in a municipal setting – “give me liberty of give me death”. Now, 233 years later – our constitution is under attack – our civil liberties are endangered and we are once again forced to stand against a tyrant named George.

 The former White House Counsel to Richard Nixon, John Dean, whom famously remarked to Nixon that Watergate was becoming a “cancer on the presidency” before Nixon fired him, wrote in his book, “Worse than Watergate”:

 “It has been the announced policy of…Bush/Cheney…to expand presidential power for (their) own sake, and (they) continually searched for avenues to do just that, while constantly testing to see how far (they) can push the limits. I must add that never before have I felt the slightest reason to fear our government. Nor do I frighten easily. I do fear the Bush/Cheney government and the precedents they are creating…”

 This coming from a man that experienced one of the most scandal clad and vitriolic administrations in American History, one that would’ve been the first to be successfully removed via Impeachment Trial had Nixon not resigned…if Mr. Dean actually fears this regime for what they’re doing to our country, then there should be no doubt that immediate action is imperative to the survival of our country as a representative democracy.

 I noted earlier my admiration for those that stand and defend this great country and how they can in no way be dishonored by the misdeeds of any administration. However, what would be a great disservice to them in return for their sacrifice would be to permit the constitution and the values they defend to crumble in the face of fascism.

 Do not let this happen, act now to stand for truth, justice and freedom. 2009 may be too late…"

 City Council barely responded. Councilwoman Kennedy (D - At Large), whom signed my petition last fall commended my hard work and made an effort to compliment my heartfelt cause, but again insisted that I go before I different body on this. Then, Councilwoman Stare (D - 2nd Ward) thanked me for my research and compassion. This was followed by the comments of a fellow citizen who corrected me on my statements regarding Patrick Henry, noting that he made his statement before a colonial legislature instead if a town hall. I later confirmed this and have already included my retraction in my follow-up speech.

 Now, I need to remark on my attempts to urge Congressman Zack Space's action on the matter of Impeachment. As I shared at Democrats.com, I have corresponded with Rep. Space (D) on this matter via letter and a phone call in support of H.Res. 333 (resolution to Impeach Cheney). The following is that exchange (letterwise):

Me:

"Congressman Space,

 First off, I want to thank you for your incredible service in the U.S. House of Representatives. I take great pride in telling people that you are my congressman, as well as the fact that I have met you on a number of occasions. My reasoning for writing you involves one of the most important issues that have ever faced our great nation.

 I’m sure that you are well aware of the numerous crimes – both admitted to and denied – by then current occupants of our federal executive branch. From the numerous lies surrounding the march to war with Iraq; to the inhumane and illegal treatment of detainees in our custody. The domestic surveillance program, this administration’s use of the “signing statement”, the creation of “free speech zones”, and the involvement of both Bush and Cheney in the outing of former CIA Operative Valerie Plame-Wilson.

 Congressional Oversight is mandated, not optional. It is essential to protecting the individual liberties of the American populace as well as to preserving the structure of this Democratic-Republic. Congressman Conyers (D-MI) recently announced House Judiciary Committee hearings on Bush’s usage of the “signing statement” to determine whether or not the overreaching authority by interpretation to ignore laws passed by Congress threatens the very structure of our unique system of government.

 I am urging you to support these hearing as well as any and all future investigations into the practices of this administration. Failure to do so will reflect a failure to uphold, protect, and preserve the constitution in the manner mandated by that same document. Furthermore, I implore you to research the numerous questionable policies of the Bush Administration on every issue, compare them to the law (United States Code and the Constitution) and then determine the legality of each. If you haven’t the time to do this, then have your staff do it.

 Research the numerous studies conducted by legal, historical, constitutional experts nationwide to see their conclusions on Bush’s policies, to aid in your studies. Look into H.Res. 635 (submitted by Rep. Conyers in December 2005) as well as H.Res. 636 and 637 for serious consideration. Look for now former-Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney (D-GA)’s H.Res. 1106 submitted on the final day of the second session in the 109th Congress. (If you can not find this resolution, I have a copy of it and will forward it to you) I urge your immediate correspondence on this matter.

 Preserving our constitution is vital to preserving our way of life. Refusing and/or failing to act now in its defense sets a dangerous and unacceptable precedent for all future occupants of that office (United States President). Enclosed with this letter is a copy of a speech I gave to present my case before my local government while urging them to act in a manner that would encourage our representatives in Congress (including your office) to act immediately.

 That speech was the last of four I had delivered before them and citizens within the council chambers. Do not fear taking action because of the media or even some in our own party that are more concerned with winning the next election than standing up for the people they claim to serve. If impeachment proceeds are to follow the aforementioned investigations; it will not be about revenge, but justice instead. Remember that and – once again – take this into serious, deep consideration as soon as possible.

 On May 2nd, 2007 I received your letter in response to my plea for your action in support of an impeachment of George W. Bush and Richard B. Cheney. Our country remains heavily divided on many issues, and I believe that we must work towards common solutions to move forward.”

 Frankly, I was not the proverbial happy-camper upon reading this letter, especially a day after the four year anniversary of Bush’s premature remarks that all “major combat operations” had ended before a “Mission Accomplished” banner that the administration themselves had planned for display (only to later claim that it was all the fault of that ship’s crew).

 You say that you “strongly disagree with some of the Administration’s policies” exactly what is it that you do support from this bunch? Domestic Wiretapping in violation of Federal law? Illegal Covert renditions of detainees back and forth across Europe and Africa to countries that condone torture? Memos that explicitly contend that international laws don’t matter in this so-called “War on terror” and thus don’t apply to this administration? Pre-emptive acts of aggression against nations that pose no immediate threat as long as it is “justified” as being a part of the “long war”? Intentional deceit of the public here at home, and abroad, as well as governmental bodies international and national? What is it? Tell me; elaborate.

 “I do not currently support impeachment as a solution to our nation’s problems. Our country remains heavily divided on many issues, and I believe that we must work towards common solutions to move forward.”

 Well, you shed a bit of hope in the statement that you “currently” oppose the idea of impeachment, but you are again ignoring the issues. You imply that impeachment can’t resolve our nation’s many problems, and then further justify said opposition by parroting the rhetoric of the right wing (amongst the media, republican and even the so-called democratic parties) that our country is “divided enough”, basically implying that impeachment will only further divide this nation. This is a baseless argument, and I am truly ashamed that you have decided to side with the neo-conservatives on this. If anything, with impeachment hearings, the truth regarding this administrations arrogant disdain for the rule of law will turn the populace against them and in favor of their removal.

 You close this paragraph by insisting that we must work towards common solutions to “move forward”. This is the most pathetic argument against impeachment. Obviously, you are merely touting the “party line” of neutrality in acting on Bush’s atrocities in the interest of fighting for better solutions and strengthening our “chances” of regaining the white house and retaining control of congress. The aforementioned goal has been espoused by the inept “Congressional Leadership” and is in no way shape or form justifiable.

 If you and the rest of the “democrats” in Congress are more concerned with power than with honoring your oath to uphold, protect and preserve the constitution than you are not deserving of the offices you hold or seek. Bush refuses to compromise on ANY issue. He has repeatedly threatened veto after veto of every piece of legislation that the 110th sends him, and his stubbornness will not relent. This is especially true with the war supplemental. Unless Congress conforms to his agenda, he will continue to veto every bill you send to him.

 It is likely that he will eventually sign one of these bills and then opt to just issue a “signing statement” interpreting the law with some self-assuring proclamation of his “eternal authority” as “commander in chief” to ignore the withdrawal provision. He’s done it before.

 The only way to enact true reform is to pursue justice by holding this American Dictatorship accountable for what they’ve done. Your failure to act will be representative of your complicity in the atrocities this band of hooligans commits. Furthermore, that very same failure will result in your loss of my support and thus my vote in 2008.

 I can not and will not vote for someone that fails to uphold their oath of office, particularly relating to their mandated duty to protect the very document that established and binds this Democratic-Republic.

 In closing, I want to warn that if you do not comply and do your job – as you swore to do – I will make it my goal to ensure that you are not re-elected as my congressman. I’ll admit that I was proud to have you represent me in Congress, but your refusal to even consider the available evidence of the crimes that justify impeachment completely nullifies all that you have fought for. I would risk the republican reacquisition of your seat to send this message that passivity and neutrality on this matter will not be tolerated because their representation/inaction would be no different than your present incompetent stance.

 I hope you have a chance to seriously reconsider/rethink this dumbfounded position that you’ve taken. Your country needs you now…not in 2009."

 There you have it, I assure you that this is FAR FROM OVER...

 In the first Repug Debate (wherein they rejoiced over the thought of Roe v. Wade’s overturn, supported terminations of homosexuals in the workplace [a position that would later be blamed on a hearing aid], dodged a question on supporting a Libby pardon, resorted to attacking Bill Clinton’s character, misled the people on Reagan’s role in the negotiations to release the hostages in Iran and just all around turned into one big love-fest with Reagan…sickening) to determine the best suitable candidate for the heir to the Empire; Ron Paul expressed the true values of traditional Republicans. The man stood out as the only honest man on stage as he lambasted the occupation, BOOsh’s foreign policy as well as the subversion of the constitution…if this man is nominated and isn’t up against Kucinich or even Gravel; I’ll choose him (that’s assuming that Edwards, Obama, and the rest of the Democratic Candidates fail to prove themselves worthy). I’m done with voting for the “lesser of two evils.”

 Repugs in Congress (some of whom like to quote members of the KKK) showed their true colors (as usual) when Democrats amended the Hate Crimes Bill to include the Armed Forces and Seniors in response to rhetoric from Repugs that seemed to imply that these be included for their support thereof. However, when the time came; Repugs turned their backs on the people once more. Hell, BOOsh has now vowed to veto the legislation because it expands Hate Crimes protection to Homosexual, transsexual and Gender-related victims. This isn’t Christian; it’s quite the opposite.

 Why any logical person supports John McCain is beyond comprehension; especially after recent hate-filled ignorance that spewed from his bowels, where he chose to falsely assert – without citation of evidence – that the Supreme Court had upheld the right of the pentagon to discharge someone for being of a particular sexual orientation and that military homosexuals endanger our national security. McCain has gone off the deep end…way off.

 In his never-ending quest to own the world – in competition with Time Warner – Rupert Murdoch, a man that is already powerful enough in the news and communications industries, has made a very high bid to purchase Dow Jones. Needless to say, putting this financial news agency in the hands of the very man that runs the propaganda machine for the BOOsh Regime is a very frightening scenario. The Securities and Exchange Commission is now investigating questionable trading that took place before this announcement…hmmm.

 A lot has been transpiring in Colorado where the Repug Secretary of State has been implicated in a scandal where one of his current subordinates was reportedly selling voter data to Repug candidates. Too bad our Department of Justice is too tied up with doing all they can to prosecute political opponents or this would be a very big matter to take up.

 Repugs always seem to rant and scream about illegal immigrants unless one of them sides politically on the dark side. Sen. Ensign sought funds from the home of an illegal immigrant that escaped deportation only after involvement with the Cuban Mafia and a marriage to a prominent repug financier. Keep them out, unless they help keep us in!!

 House Speaker Pelosi recently remarked on congressional intention to hold the Regime accountable for their abuses of office…via lawsuit. What? Oh, yes; that’s right, the “leadership” has removed the constitutionally provided procedure to properly do this, so next time BOOsh commits a crime; we’ll sue his ass!! I have a scenario for you: BOOsh signs appropriations bill whilst appending a “signing statement/dictation” noting his “right” to ignore the provision requiring a timeline for withdrawal, Pelosi follows up by keeping her promise to sue, the issue goes before a judge that rules in favor of Pelosi, then BOOsh’s team appeals the ruling by citing violations of BOOsh’s “constitutionally inherent duty to defend the country and is a subversion of his authority as Commander in Chief”. The battle eventually makes its way up the chain of courts until the Supreme Court finally hears it and rules in favor of the BOOsh Regime forever etching into our system of government this so-called authority of the Chief Executive to overrule any and all congressional laws passed by the Bicameral Legislative Branch!! Great plan SPEAKER!!

 Since 2004, it has been no mystery to me that BOOsh stole the White House in both elections he was involved in. I’ve read so many studies on the matter that is undeniably and frighteningly plausible to accept the fact that in order to assure political dominance, the right wing in our country adopted the deceitful democratic procedures of the Soviet Union and all other dictatorships they have rallied the people against in the past. Looking into these mathematical statistics; you’d have to come to terms with reality. Observe:

The pollsters then asked voters leaving the polling place a series of questions.  The data collected by exit pollsters has raised some questions, because according to the polls John Kerry should have won the popular vote by well over two percent, however, the official results indicated that George Bush won by the same margin. In eleven key battleground states, Kerry was predicted to win nine of them based on the exit poll data. Bush ended up winning six of these (Freeman, 2004). Even in the states that Kerry won, the margin of victory was much smaller than what one may have predicted. In Pennsylvania, Kerry was predicted to win by a margin of 8.7%, while the official vote count was only 2.2%. In Ohio, exit polls indicated a 4.2% Kerry victory, while Bush ended up carrying the decisive state by 2.5%...

 There was also a question about the timing of the release of exit poll numbers. The poll results cited above were released by CNN on election night. These numbers were the actual counts taken in the poll. If one were to look up these exit poll results today, the numbers would be different. The numbers are adjusted based on the assumption that the official results are correct (Freeman, 2005)…

 By breaking it down to individual precincts, the results are even more disturbing. In January 2006, a team of statisticians looked at the forty nine precincts polled in Ohio, and compared the uncalibrated results with the official vote count. Twenty of those forty nine had a discrepancy in favor of Bush that was outside of the margin of error, including “precinct 27”, in which official results showed Bush to carry the precinct with 62% of the vote, while exit poll data, received from 100 respondants, suggested that Kerry would win with 67%, a difference of 29% (Kennedy, 2006). To illustrate the improbability of these numbers, one would set up a null hypothesis that K=.38. The alternative hypothesis is K>.38. The sample size in precinct 27 was 100, and the sample K was .67. as n gets large, the distribution of sample K will asymptotically approach a normal distribution”

 Check the facts for yourself, but I assure you that you’ll have a hell of a time debunking these facts. The fascists in our country stole the Executive Branch, likely the Legislative as well in 2002 and 2004 and has corrupted the Judiciary for a generation! This is why I am so determined to ensure that these precedents don’t go unpunished…rise and call for action, or forever cede control of the Republic to the extremists!!

 America’s Mayor was invited to host a campaign rally on the property of a generous low-middle income family, and then declined. However, the fact that he declined the offer isn’t the issue here, it’s the methodology wherein the Giuliani campaign did so: “I’m sorry, you aren’t worth a million dollars and he is campaigning on the Death Tax right now.’ then he said they weren’t going to be able to come.” Callous and ridiculously merciless; this man doesn’t deserve to serve our entire nation!!

 Repug Senator Mel Martinez of Florida broke federal law by not properly documenting and/or disclosing the sources of over 100,000 dollars in campaign contributions during his initial campaign for office as BOOsh’s champion to grasp the Cuban and Hispanic vote back in 2004. Can’t even a slim majority of people from that party even take a few steps politically and respect the law at the same time?

 It’s hard trying to figure people like Lou Dobbs out these days. One moment, I want to embrace him because he knows that the current bastards in power are corrupt (although he refuses to support impeachment), but on the other hand, the man’s ignorant and ill-informed incorporation of hatred in the MSM has tainted the image of the “Most Trusted Name in News.” We must acknowledge that this hate has gone too far when these bigots begin citing racist false assertions that illegals are helping to spread leprosy and worsen the cases of rape in our country!! Stop it already!!

 Let it be known that Mitt Romney and Rudy Giuliani (both of whom have – in one way or another – contributed to Planned Parenthood…take that neocons…LOL. Then again, before their bids for president, both were pro-choice) have left the doors open for the possibility that – in the event of their election to office – they’d opt to utilize BOOsh’s policies of apprehending and detaining “terrorist suspects” indefinitely, without notice of charges they face, without a lawyer, or even a public hearing. Avoid these men.

 Tucker Carlson was discussing the presidential race when the issue of Hillary Clinton came up. His guest remarked that he would vote for Hillary over just about all the Repugs running for office which then prompted Carlson to ask “if (Clinton and Giuliani) had absolute power, if they were stuck, who would kill more?” This was after the guest stated that he thought Rudy was more authoritarian than Hillary. I really don’t trust either which unfettered power, but that is a reality we must deal with now. If the precedent BOOsh is setting goes unchallenged; we might have to ask this question about every election in the future. God help us.

 The National Rifle Association came out in opposition to a bill that would make it harder for terrorists to acquire firearms in the states because it “would allow arbitrary denial of Second Amendment rights based on mere 'suspicions' of a terrorist threat.” Hmm, first off, I want to know where these hypocritical, twisted nutcases were when the arbitrary practice of circumventing the law and obstructing the individual rights of all those merely “suspected” of involvement with terrorism was taking place. This opposition is as justified as the act of BOOsh and his lapdog congress in 2004 when they permitted the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban to expire without even trying to renew it. That’s the true values of this mindset of the hooligans running the show; fighting terrorism entail restricting the right to know the allegations against you, contest it in a public setting, have access to counsel and witnesses, privacy, and even to freely speak out against their uncontrollable zealotry, but yet no restrictions on the access to deadly weapons that increase the likelihood of posing a serious threat to a nation’s security. Great logic behind that mindset!! Sounds a lot more like Taliban-ran Afghanistan than it does a civilized, industrial nation.

 If anyone that reads this uses Verizon Wireless, you might want to hear this; Verizon recently came out in defense of their practices in turning over phone records to the federal government without a warrant or even notification to their customers. Their defense? It is apart of their first amendment rights. I have another amendment that the people at Verizon should read. The Ninth: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” Does the violation of the Fourth Amendment and the “right to privacy” protected therein apply in this case? Most definitely.

 How does a dictatorship reward the practice of operating illegal/extraordinary renditions of detainees to nations that don’t comply with human rights statutes/treaties? With a promotion to oversee and make improvements to the counterterrorism division of Condi’s State Department!! Break the law and you are due for subjection to reward and grandeur!!

 For all of you that think I’m going overboard in ranting about the polarized society that we live in that has declined so much to chaos with the help of fascists in our government and media, observe the following comments from a neocon radio host regarding Arab-Americans: ”…every Muslim immigrant to America who holds a green card, a visa, or who is a naturalized citizen [should] be required by law to wear a GPS tracking bracelet at all times," and that the government should "bug their places of work and their residences" and monitor "[a]ll mosques and community centers." Newman added, "If they don't like the idea, or if they refuse, throw their asses out of this country.” This isn’t reactionary and hate-related?

 Thanks to the recent controversy about the battle between former CIA Director Tenet and the Dictatorship, more information regarding the Regime’s manipulation of the 9/11 tragedy to build support for war in Iraq has surfaced (something they pursued from day one and at the request of Neocon think tank; the Project for a New American Century). It just shames me that our Congress refuses – as a whole – to uphold the constitution by holding these criminals accountable for what they’ve done.

 BOOsh’s stonewalling of any and all bills that come from Congress including a withdrawal is evidence of his hypocrisy. As we now learn; BOOsh condemns Congress for demanding him to do what he had – in fact – challenged President Clinton to do (relating to the War in Kosovo) as a Candidate for Prez in 1999!! Knowing this tree by his fruits is just too easy…they’re all BLACK!! The funny thing is that although BOOsh is condemning any and all calls for withdrawal; the Repugs are now setting deadlines for progress before they actually join that call! Patience is wearing very thin…

 During an interview with George Tenet on his new book about his tenure during the BOOsh years; Bill O’Reilly called everyone that opposed the war a “kook”. Citing the polls at the time, O’Reilly defended his attacks on the sanity of all rational people that stood up against an unconstitutional action. Kudos to Tenet for questioning this ignorant label, but the point is still there; O’Reilly – like McCain – has lost touch with the real world. To call everyone that opposed the march to war a “kook” merely because they weren’t gullible enough to fall for the barrage of lies being hurled at them by the regime and its propaganda machine is ludicrous.

 A recent study unveiled a disturbing trend amongst the battle worn troops. Out of a large number of surveyed troops; less than half of marines and a little over half of all inquired army troops said they would filed a report on a fellow troop for atrocities committed against innocents. 40 percent support the idea of torture in some cases and about 10 percent claim to have purposely abused civilians. The pentagon wants to extend their tours? BOOsh wants to keep them bogged down in this mentally and emotionally traumatic environment? Yeah, they really care about the troops.

 Condi Rice, a former board member of Chevron may have played a little part in the oil-for-food scandal as a member of a participating company in that program. I didn’t even know she was involved in that industry…this is really discomforting.

 The Iraqi Parliament voted in opposition to a continuance of the current occupation (and then to the erection of walls separating neighborhoods throughout Baghdad), thus demanding an end to it. Not only is BOOsh refusing to respect his pledge to redeploy an American for every Iraqi that “stands up”, but now he seems to have forgotten his promise to end the occupation when the occupied demands an end to it. Typical…

 House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-OH) has come out threatening a deadline for progress in Iraq (where billions of dollars worth in oil production is now unaccounted for), or else. The sad thing is that everyone seems to have forgotten the fact that Boehner already gave a deadline earlier this year and thus has expired by now. On January 23^rd, Boehner said the following:”I think it will be rather clear in the next 60 to 90 days as to whether this plan is going to work. And, again, that's why we need to have close oversight, so that we just don't look up 60 or 90 days from now and realize that this plan is not working. We need to know, as we're -- we move through these benchmarks, that the Iraqis are doing what they have to do.” So much for credibility.

 I have found another video of an Iraq War veteran speaking out against war crimes that he himself witnessed and even committed. This brave marine even noted when all this senseless killing of innocents started to affect his mentality. He reminisced on one particular day when he was obviously depressed, leading his commanding officer to ask what was wrong, he responded that it had been a terrible day due to all the innocents that had died, to which the commander replied that he should be happy because it was a “good day”. Should this continue? Can we ethically and morally permit this insanity to continue while this marine and others report atrocities like this, and even note how some are feeling comfortable pissing on the once-innocent carcasses of those they expire? End this Occupation, NOW!!

 So-called Democrats failed to even support a plan that guaranteed withdrawal when even my own Congressman (Space – D) voted against the proposed amendment that would’ve demanded such. I’ve already called my representative demanding an explanation from his office for their failure to end the occupation and have been assured that he’ll get back to me soon to do so. Space is slipping up badly, and I’m really fed up with it.

 Want to know how we can damage relations with allies that we’ve maintained a good relationship with for many years? Opt to aggrandize an already existing military presence in their country by arranging for the construction of the largest military site in an entire continent. In Italy, it has become a vital matter to rise up in opposition of American plans to build Europe’s largest US base; what’s so disturbing about this is that Congress seems to be completely ignorant to the matter…is BOOsh (a man that has reportedly reverted back to a whining two year old that is insanely desperate to make the world see things his way) hiding this from them?

 I don't take credit for my so-called intelligence. I just keep up to date as much as I can, but thanks again anyways.

 I believe that Kucinich is the only viable and trustworthy candidate running for president. I don't trust anyone else. As you should've read by now, I abhor Hillary and can't find a reason to switch over to Obama. Don't even get me started on the Repug candidates.

"I want you to know that I am not advocating the "annihilation" of Repugs, nor am I espousing unconditional admiration for Democrats. I have become convinced that you must be obsessed with me to have followed my track to the various other progressive forums that I've posted on. I don't believe that anyone in the government at any level is a saint, nor do I have any illusions regarding my small town. I may cherish the values of other Liberal Progressives, but I certainly don't feel that even a majority of Democrats represent them. I want you to prove me wrong. Hell, I opted not to vote for Democrat Sherrod Brown in his successful bid for the Senate last November because I felt he was too willing to sacrifice our liberties for political gain.

 A true man of the people; the Democratic Governor of Oregon recently underwent a week living on food stamps, having 21 dollars worth of food to live on throughout the entirety of that week to grasp a better understanding of what the poor must endure under current food stamps standards. This is truly commendable…

 Congressman and a veteran of two foreign wars (out of 37 years marine service) John Murtha recently made the following comments regarding BOOsh’s refusal to cooperate with Congress on the war: “There are three ways - four ways to influence a President, and one is popular opinion, the elections, third is impeachment and fourth is…the purse.” Who’s going to question this man’s patriotism?

 Senator Obama revealed himself for what he truly is during the first Presidential debates (that was filled with lies and sexism in its questioning and coverage) between democrats, hosted by military weapons contractor General Electric, when he stated – alongside Hillary, Chris Dodd, and Joe Biden (as well as Edwards and Richardson if I’m not mistaken) – that “all options are on the table” regarding Iran. It disturbs me to learn that Obama actually keeps the door open on attacking Iran. When Fmr. Sen. Mike Gravel asked who Obama was looking to nuke, Obama said “no one, yet” hmmm. Kudos to both Kucinich and Gravel for challenging the so-called front runners on this matter!!

 A recent vote in the senate for a change to the rules on Campaign Finance Disclosure was recently held up by Repugs as one unnamed member refused to allow a unanimous vote on the measure…is there any question that these bastards want no real reform to help restore accountability to Washington, D.C….figures…

 America’s favorite Neo-Con fat-f**k recently insisted that we liberals fell for an alleged “joke” he claims to have made regarding the VT Shooter being a “liberal”. So, we’re making punch lines out of Virginia Tech now? Sir, you are beyond unbelievable, you are downright sadistic!! Do the world a favor and cut your f**king tongue out already before you say anymore!! This call might be too late, especially in light of Limbaugh’s sharing of a song about Obama entitled “Barack, the magic negro.”

 Although the BOOsh Regime has made secrecy a top priority over the past six years, it seems that they are incapable of keeping our nation’s secrets. In essence, with all of the security breaches in the White House; the only secrets BOOsh wants to keep are those relating to the illegal, immoral and unethical practices of he and his minions.

 You can always rely on Giuliani to be unreliably inconsistent in his support or lack thereof regarding a large array of issues, including civil unions. He recently flipped on the matter of Abortion while expressing support – in pandering to the right – for the Supreme Court’s decision on Late-Term Abortion. Giuliani’s inconsistency is so pathetically evident that it makes me want to cry…he opposed two very similar bans on the abortions in question when Clinton vetoed them, and is now switching positions in order to gain the right’s vote to capture the nomination. He cited the life of the mother as his reasoning for supporting Clinton’s vetoes…have the mothers now become expendable?

 In the Regime’s never ending disregard for the rule of law and public interests; Secretary Buck-a-tooth Rice recently stated that she would respond to a subpoena to testify under oath before Congress on her handling of the deceitful campaign that led to the Iraq War with a friendly letter…how thoughtful. I guess the next time I know of anyone getting subpoenaed, I’ll just advise they do so with a letter because our Federal Executive Officials have done so!

 The logic behind the recent move by the department of justice to delete a number of questionable documents escapes me completely. I really don’t think the DOJ should delete any documents until investigations are over with…you know, such erratic behavior could cause a few eyebrows to raise and spike the interests of others…

 Something funny has recently surfaced in D.C….a growing prostitution scandal that now implicates a number of BOOsh Regime minions…LOL…and the right wing scolded Clinton’s bunch so badly for their so-called trend of sexual scandals…LMAO!!

 During a House Subcommittee meeting regarding the questionable renditions of suspected terrorists to countries that torture, in which Rep. Dana Rohrabacher defended BOOsh’s policies on these extraditions, stating that anyone opposing it was weak and/or Un-American. When a group of tax-paying Americans expressed their disdain for this twisted rhetoric, the congressperson said: “I hope it’s your family members that die when terrorists strike.” Fascist is not even the proper word for this outright insanity…

 In the continuing efforts of this regime to suppress constitutionally guaranteed rights; the department of Justice recently requested a federal court to impose stricter restrictions on attorney’s to prevent their defense of detainees in our custody. I know what many of you are thinking; they (most of the detained) aren’t citizens of this country and are thus not entitled to our rights. The basic premise behind creating these rights was to protect the rights of the innocent here in America and to extend said protections abroad by recognizing these rights as inherited as humans, and encouraging our neighbors across the world to defend and ensure these same liberties…that’s the point here.

 For going on six years now, we have been peering deeper and deeper into the state of mind the Regime maintained before 9/11. This has been done in order to grasp onto how such a tragic event could have transpired despite all of the warning signs before it took place. Responding to remarks by George Tenet regarding that mindset, and how Tenet supposedly insisted Regime action against al-Qaeda before the looming attack, Condi Rice said this: “I don’t know what we were supposed to preemptively strike in Afghanistan. Perhaps somebody can ask that.” Hmm, well, as noted on this site in the past; Al-Qaeda was based in Afghanistan, and we knew this!! The Regime could’ve opted to launch an attack on those bases in response to the attacks on our African Embassies and the USS Cole (the blame of which was officially placed on al-Qaeda in December 2000) as well as to comply with a directive by Clinton that stated if any attacks could be confirmed as coming from al-Qaeda, Afghanistan would have to answer to us. Rice and company were informed of all this upon taking their oaths of office. Who else did they need to ask? What more did they need to know?

 The BIC has always come out in opposition to “politicians” telling military commanders how to operate, but these standards apparently don’t apply to him. He recently visited some of his commanding underlings and dished out the very thing he has always opposed with regards to the military; “orders.” Guess we all know exactly what standards are represented by this regime in its rhetoric….”double”…lol

 Alongside the recent unveilings of the Pat Tillman case, where the government covered up the “friendly fire” death of the soldier more than likely as an attempt at creating a war time hero to distract from the then-developing story regarding the torture scandal at Abu Ghraib; Private Jessica Lynch testified before congress recently regarding similar use of propaganda by the media and the government to help canonize her at the forefront of the invasion. Just how many other instances of this type of propaganda has there been in Iraq and Afghanistan? Isn’t this just reminiscent of Nazi and Stalinist practices regarding heroes?

 Isn’t it astonishing that the Regime could overlook IEDs and Car bombs as “sectarian violence” and only cite instances of Iraqi bodies dropping in the streets to measure it? Well, that’s exactly what they do. BOOsh and company have been measuring the dropping of bodies in the streets to conclude that the civil war is waning while ignoring the fact that sectarian deaths due to Improvised Explosives and Car Bombs have actually risen considerably since the escalation began! Face it, this war has spun out of control, and we are in dire need of a plan to get the hell out of there without leaving the area in more anarchy.

 I must applaud the former CIA director George Tenet for coming out and standing up against the scapegoating orchestrated by this regime. He commented on how BOOsh and Company shifted the blame to him in order to deflect attention from their incompetence and ineffectiveness. This is just great; finally some truth is actually starting to shine through the cracks of darkness…

 I recently stumbled across a video on google of an interview with a former army ranger and veteran of the Iraq War. The man was speaking out on an array of war crimes committed by his unit. As of this writing, I haven’t viewed the whole video, but I was greatly disturbed by the following comments: “When we were doing the night raids in the houses, we would pull people out and have them all on their knees and zip-tied. We would ask the man of the house questions. If he didn't answer the way we liked, we would shoot his youngest kid in the head. We would keep going, this was our interrogation. He could be innocent. He could be just an average Joe trying to support his family. If he didn't give us a satisfactory answer, we'd start killing off his family until he told us something. If he didn't know anything, I guess he was SOL.” He insists that he was participating in the interview because he’d fail his fellow man otherwise. This is just the tip of the iceberg from the horror stories I’ve read so far…this occupation must end, NOW!!

 Isn’t it just comforting to learn that while our brave men and women – soon to be joined by Britain’s Prince Harry (BOOsh take note of a real leader) – are risking their lives and limbs in Iraq, the puppet parliament is apparently planning on taking a whopping two month vacation…not before settling debate on an oil initiative…figures. What’d you expect to come from the product of neocon extremism…they take care of their friends, take long vacations, and allow the rest to fend for themselves.

Tonight's Conclusion

 While I may have set a new record for the most times someone can link one word to so many different sources ("recent") in one entry, I will now share with you the text of a speech I gave to Newark City Council on April 16th: (There was no response)

"Six days before Earth Day, I come here in celebration of this beautiful gift from God that we call home. I’m here in honor of the beautiful scenery that we too often take for granted and out of concern for this planet’s future. I’m here to demand action from our government to save our planet!

  For those out there that remain skeptical of the impending dangers that will be realized should nothing be done immediately; I share with you the following:

 The World Health Organization reports that malaria is now spreading to higher altitudes and that deaths from the continued warming could double annually as a direct result.

 In January, as temperatures all over the Northeast were in the 70s, it was reported by India’s NDTV that – due to the unseasonably warm weather at the time –cherry blossoms - which are among the many attractions in D.C. - were growing three months ahead of time.

 The number of category 4 and 5 hurricanes has doubled in the last 30 years and things could get much worse with more frequent and horrific heat waves as well as rising sea levels. Not to mention the fact that – as reported in Time Magazine – by 2050, the Artic Ocean could be free of Ice and over a million species around the globe could be wiped out.

 Over the weekend; the Wichita Eagle reported that 15 inches of snow fell over Southwestern Kansas, half an inch of that in Wichita; this being the latest snow fall on record. Although the snow quickly melted within twenty four hours as temperatures rose; the message is still clear. Need we even review the insane weather we have experienced here in Newark in the past year?

 According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change; in 2030, there is a high likelihood that the poor will suffer more casualties in relation to the spread of illnesses – specifically relating to malaria and dengue fever - that swiftly spread due to these altered conditions. In 2050, more than a billion people across Asia will likely face catastrophic water shortages. In 2080, up to 3 billion people worldwide will face this crisis, up to 600 Million may be starving, and up to 100 million people may be subjected to flooding due to the rising seas.

 The Supreme Court recently ordered the EPA to regulate Greenhouse Gases as Justice Stevens wrote in the Majority Opinion that Bush’s opposition to regulating these pollutants to combat Global Warming Crisis is: “arbitrary, capricious, or otherwise not in accordance with the law.” Furthermore, the Guardian reported that the Pentagon has even come out telling Bush - in a manner they thought to be private – that global warming poses a serious threat to our national security.  Doesn’t it disturb anyone else that this administration has done everything in their power to suppress any attempt by scientists to discuss this looming threat that is undeniably worse and more imminent than a nuclear attack from Iran?

 Weighing the consequences of inaction; this regime’s position on global warming, ignoring all evidence that contradict their skepticism, and denouncing any attempt to debunk critics of the so-called “theory” is tantamount to criminal negligence. There is no reasonable excuse as to why Bush couldn’t have continued in President Clinton’s footsteps and remained dedicated to aggressively urging Congressional Ratification of the Kyoto Accord.

 Over 150 Municipal Governments all over the country have already joined together in a growing coalition – referred to as the “Local Governments for Sustainability” - demanding congressional action to combat this crisis most specifically via ratifying the Kyoto Treaty. I am hoping that Newark City Council will join this effort.

 Even with a Democratic Congress, it is unlikely that Bush will ever sign on to any effort to change course and align with our neighbors and friends to combat this threat. Bush has already pledged to veto bill after bill the 110^th Congress sends to him. His blatant disregard for the common good of mankind and the general welfare of his own people is evidence to the fact that his stubbornness will not diminish any time soon. He’s already displayed his ineptness in handling the climate crisis when recent reports from the Guardian unveiled an unrealistic proposal of his to fight the warming by shooting large clouds of dust particles into space coupled with giant mirrors to deflect the harmful rays. According to ABC’s Colorado affiliate called “The Denver Channel”; Bush called for more renewable energy in his state of the union only to turn around and call for cuts in Colorado’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory.

 If we truly want a change, and if we truly aim to save this planet, then Congress must first eradicate the greatest roadblock to resolving this crisis; the criminal that holds the reigns of power, and thus the final say-so in the decision making process, our very own dictator; George W. Bush. There is no other way to start saving our home now than to first IMPEACH and Remove the one that seemingly aspires to prevent any progress whatsoever, 2009 is simply too far away.

 So, it is my sworn duty, not only as an environmentalist, not only as an American, nor even just as a Human, but as a servant of God above to pick up where I left off in November in pleading for Council’s action in demanding that Congress does its job and removes this menace from our midst. For our republic, for our descendants, for God’s Green Earth!!"

 Those bastardly Repugs in the Senate recently blocked a vote via filibuster on a measure that would’ve allowed the Federal government to negotiate lower drug prices for seniors…what is with these corporate lackeys?!

 Remember the figure of about 3 million new jobs created during BOOsh’s occupation of our white house? Well, a new report has just unveiled conclusively that those are ost definitely not from manufacturing jobs that are now over 3 million in the negative in the last six years!! Nice job BOOshy!!

 There seems to be a new strategy amongst Democratic members of Congress: “If you want BOOsh impeached, send me a petition signed by 1% of my constituents.” Defense and preservation of the Constitution should not be dependent on such a thing…the dodging of this Congress is reprehensible and pathetic!!

 After the some in the media finally reported on Dennis Kucinich’s plan to file Articles of Impeachment against Lord Cheney (apparently on Wednesday); it has finally started to share the growing tension amongst the general public that are reportedly demanding – day after day – that their congressmen and women impeach this regime!! Keep up the momentum!!

 Our movement to oust this corrupt regime from power got a huge boost this past week as the upper house of Vermont’s state legislature overwhelmingly passed a resolution demanding that Congress impeach and remove them. Thank God…there are public officials that care for the rule of law…

 As if BOOsh’s knack for spying on the American people via the NSA Spy Program wasn’t enough; the Regime is now requesting that congress expand the surveillance authority granted in FISA to include more people. Again I say that to call the Repugs the party of “smaller government” is most definitely a lie or an oxymoron at least!

 As the entire Repug entourage felt it necessary to label Speaker Pelosi as a traitor and terrorist sympathizer as she visited Syria on a mission for diplomacy, one such critic and typical hypocrite was former Speaker Gingrich whom had – when he was Speaker during Clinton’s tenure in office – traveled to Colombia in an effort to coerce that government to dodge Clinton altogether and talk directly to the Repug Congress instead…how short the memories of America have become in troubled times…

 John McCain has now unveiled why he constantly contradicts himself and flip-flops: “Of course I am going to misspeak and I've done it on numerous occasions and I probably will do it in the future…I'm happy, frankly, with the way I operate, otherwise it would be a lot less fun.” He does it all in good fun…that’s it!! LMAO

 Contrary to deceptive claims by the injustice department that Gonzales neither supported the attorney purge nor the replacements that were lined up to replace the purged; a former subordinate to Gonzales has unveiled just the opposite…noting that a number of BOOsh minions were suggested up to a year before the firings…hmmm…

 Rudy Giuliani may have turned some heads among the neocon ranks when he said that the Repugs need to “move beyond” abortion. This may definitely be disturbing to the ignorant and close-minded fools that support the recent right-wing decision by the Supreme Court to uphold BOOsh’s ban on Late-Term Abortions that leave no exception for the health of the mother. Our country is truly headed down a deep-dark path, and we’ll continue to dwindle if there’s no change soon.

 In response to a congressional subpoena of email records belonging to the Repugs database, the RNC decided that they had two choices, comply with congress or give the records to the Regime so they could then decide what was to be done with them…not-surprisingly, the Repug Neo-Conservative Committee decided to go with the latter…once again, these tards prove that Repug is synonymous with “criminal”.

 Another Repug in Congress is on his way to going down in shame due to the ever-growing Jack Abramoff scandal…does it ever end?

 BOOsh’s former Chief of Minions, Andrew Card, showed up on the Daily Show and discussed the Valerie Plame affair after having refused to testify before Congress on the matter…needless, not everyone thought the appearance was amusing…

 A scary report unveiled growing support amongst some extremists in the military to bring back so-called non-lethal Chemical Agents to combat “terrorists”. What frightens me about this is the horror stories I’ve read about the two sieges in Fallujah, Iraq in April and November 2004, where thousands of innocents were slaughtered in “free-fire zones”. Just an open door for more heinous and horrifying war crimes to be committed.

 When it comes to his conquest for a greater empire; BOOsh – the dictator – shows his true colors. He recently invited Democrats in Congress to meet with him in order to “hear the stance he has offered for weeks”. How great is that? A man that calls himself a “war president” offers leaders of the opposing side to meet with him; not to negotiate or compromise, but to listen to him tell them how it is…a fascist in its truest form. Should it come as a surprise to anyone that this meeting was an utter failure as a result BOOsh’s refusal to “budge an inch”? Thought not..

 Whilst answering an inquiry on her Iraq War policy, Hillary Clinton said the following: “I am absolutely clear, we do not plan a permanent occupation or permanent bases, but in line with all of the legislation that has been passed by the Democratic majority or passed when we were in the minority going all the way back to 2005, we have tried to be responsible in saying there may be some continuing missions to protect America's vital interests, and to support an Iraqi government that we hope to be an ally going forward, assuming they are acting responsibly.” The similarities between the campaign pledges of Nixon during Vietnam compared to Hillary are so staggering it’s horrifying, if she wins…God help us.

 On the 4^th Anniversary of the fall of Baghdad to BOOsh’s Occupational Forces (regretted now by some that were involved in said toppling); Shiite Cleric Moqtada Al-Sadr is now calling for all Iraqis – regardless of their religion – to unite against the Occupation, and has even ordered – successfully – his followers in the Iraqi Puppet Parliament to resign their office out of protest to said government’s refusal/failure to create a timetable for the Occupation to end. After all this time with Iraqis at war with each other, BOOsh’s nightmare would be if they stopped fighting each other and –in turn – refocused their attention on the one that threw them into this chaos to begin with.

 In his never-ending attempts to keep passing that buck along in order to shift the blame of failure for this occupation; BOOsh is now advocating the creation of a “War Czar”…LMAO!!

 BOOsh recently warned that the War Supplemental (that he claims grants “”our enemies the victory they desperately want” despite the fact that Secretary Gates has reported some positive Iraqi feedback on it) could drain funds for the troops – although there’s proof to the contrary – and their apparent failure to send a “clean” bill to his desk could “mean that some of our military families could wait longer for their loved ones to return from the front lines. Others could see their loved ones headed back to war (head injuries and all) sooner than anticipated.” Why not? They’re not receiving the education benefits they were promised when they return from a tour of duty.Truth is that he probably opposes the bill because it threatens to end the quagmire that he started for various illegal reasons…hell; timetables are only ok when the BOOsh Regime sets them! The only one to blame for postponing their homecoming is you sir…no one else! Besides, ending the war now would mean that there’d be no need for a draft - as suggested by many in the military - to be reinstated, especially in light of South Korea’s announced plan for a withdrawal from Iraq. Maybe he’s hoping that his recent act of pressuring the media to spread lies about Democratic Positions on the war for propaganda will work! Then again, if all else fails, he can always turn to them specially trained dolphins to seek out the bad guys and destroy em’!! LMAO!!!

 In a move that is likely to further irritate the sticky situation with Iran; BOOsh decided that it was necessary to keep the Iranian captives for a six month “review” procedure. This was despite the fact that Secretary Rice reportedly wanted to release them until Lord Cheney deemed their continued detainment as being proper…Hell, elect McCain in 2008 and we may bomb Iran and get it over with if we haven’t done so by then!!

 When I see, read or merely hear neo-cons still attempting to claim that Saddam had WMDs and ties to al-Qaeda; I can only think of one word: pathetic. Give it up already…you people have been proven wrong so many times over by now that even Chicken Little has more credibility.

 The Supplemental; which has been met with a lot of scrutiny by the media for the “pork” added within. However, the interesting thing is that the Mainstream Rightwingers that run the Media purposely ignore the fact that wasteful spending and other “pork” was added by BOOsh and the repugs in supplementals since the war/occupation began, but you’ll never hear about that on the evening news…

 Remember the Berlin Wall? Well, there is a new tradition of erecting Iraqi walls dividing neighborhoods of different sectarian beliefs….that’s the way to end the civil war, further divide their communities by removing their civil responsibility to diversify! Meanwhile, the Regime will continue to break pledges in policies that – contrary to their promises that for every trained Iraqi, an American would come home – force our soldiers to remain in place as Iraqis troops “stand up”.

 A Federal Court recently shot down a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency for falsely claiming that the ground zero breathing air in New York City was safe when studies have shown the direct opposite. The heartless and inconsiderate court opinion said: “opening EPA workers up to lawsuits for giving out bad information during a crisis could have a catastrophic side effect…’ officials might default to silence in the face of the public's urgent need for information’.” So, we shouldn’t sue members of a federal department when they deliberately distribute deceptive information that poses a potential threat to the public, because it could lead to federal silence in the face of a disaster? Bull**it!! Plain and simple…these people were screwed over…that’s just the fact.

 In a questionable act that I’ll never fully understand – without adequate research behind it – six Democrats in the Senate voted against granting Washington, D.C. a vote in the lower congressional chamber. I know that the District of Columbia isn’t a State, but these are American tax payers, and they deserve a voice/vote in Congress. In all honesty, they deserve two U.S. Senators too!!

 Let me make a quick comment about the horrifying tragedy at Virginia Tech. I wasn’t going to even mention it out of respect for those affected by the massacre, but recent disturbing and down right repulsive remarks by Newt Gingrich, Bill O’Reilly, FAUX News’ Nick Cavuto, Mark Steyn and Rush Limbaugh as they politicized and exploited the event to attack us liberals has changed my mind…only for a moment. Gingrich blames liberalism altogether for the incident, Cavuto politicizes it, Steyn insists that the university’s “passivity” is the culprit, O’Reilly claimed that we lefties will use the tragedy to defend stricter gun laws, and Limbaugh suggested that the shooters hatred for the rich implied he was a liberal…I hate you sick bastards. You are not – in any way shape of form – a part of the solution. Your vitriolic ignorance fuels the hatred that continues to divide our great nation. Virginia Tech has suffered a huge tragedy. Whether it was thirty three or even one student killed is irrelevant, what is relevant is that these people have suffered too much to have their plight used for your never ending quest to smear your opponents and to gain ratings!! F**k you, and burn in hell.

Tonight's Conclusion

 Despite all the chaos of the past week; my son is improving - as I'll be sure to discuss in an upcoming myspace entry - and next week looks to be very good. As a result of the recent problems with my son's hospitalization (which ends tomorrow morning) I was not able to spend a few hours picking trash up off the ground. So, I will dedicate a half hour to an hour of each day this coming week to make up for this.

 The Supreme Court issued a ruling that effectively mandates some sort of action on BOOsh’s part to be taken to curb the escalation of Global Warming. The court noted that the Environmental Protection Agency – as ran under this Regime – is basically in violation of the law. Will BOOsh cooperate and abide by the law, or will he continue to disregard it and pursue his pro-corporate stance? Looking at what we’ve seen so far; I’d say the latter is the most probable outcome….

 I’ve noted recently on my amazement towards the confusion that the Repug Pres. Candidates have spurred as of late. Giuliani and McCain (whom recently acquired the services of a former Nixon staff member that sought to investigate a so-called “Jewish Cabal” in a particular government agency) are the leaders of the Discombobulation pact, both of whom seem to aspire to confuse and annoy the electorate. How could we have ever called Kerry a flip-flop with these two guys around? Giuliani recently reversed his position on a “flat-tax” a taxation policy where all incomes are taxed equally – by percentage, regardless of income – and overwhelmingly favors the wealthy. In essence, it is like the Sales Tax, but it comes right out of your income. Apparently, this man who once saw this proposal as absurd is now considering that it would make sense…no consistently with this man, just a shift with the breeze…

 In the BIC’s continuing efforts to appease the pharmaceutical companies; the dictator cut the federal funding for Wisconsin’s SeniorCare prescription drug program that helps pay most of the bill and saves over 60 million dollars through drug company discounts, all because the program hadn’t proven to be “cost-neutral”…you selfish, careless, inconsiderate, bastard!!

 As corporations continue to disregard labor standards, outsourcing and insourcing jobs that drive down wages, eliminates benefits and costs Americans their jobs; the people are growing ever so very angry with the government for not acting…take note Democrats…the time for appeasing any and all special interests is over, it is time to really change things here!!

 I have no respect for any law that purposely contradicts standards or demands of Christ. One of those laws are in Florida where feeding the homeless requires a permit, and if one aspires to feed a hungry person without a home in the absence of a permit, then they could be arrested, fined and charged with a misdemeanor…how can officials in that government sleep at night? How can we consciously legislate a ban on feeding anyone? How is that moral or ethical? How is it merely justifiable? How can anyone endorse the businesses in the area that support the law? Does this make sense to anyone? It is morally reprehensible!! Homelessness was one of my primary concerns in proposing a Mandated Employment Initiative that would obviously ensure that no one could be homeless because they would either be working or violating the law. There are a whole array of circumstances that can lead to homelessness; I’m merely attempting to combat the issue….prohibiting any aid for those who suffer is not a way to help…this world just disappoints me more and more everyday…

 Congressman John Conyers is reported to have expressed that he will move to Impeach BOOsh if a petition demanding said action at least garners the signatures of 1% of his constituents…that’s all!! What’s sad is that it takes all of this to initiate impeachment proceeds against the most dangerous regime in American history when all they should need is merely to review the bastard’s policies and procedures!!

 The recent Prosecutor Scandal – already resulting in one casualty upon the resignation of Gonzales’ Aide, Monica Goodling - has unveiled something even more dark and sinister from within the BOOsh Regime. A former member of the Justice Department that retired in 2005, due to how BOOsh was handling the DOJ, has come out “singing” about BOOsh’s twisted tendency to award cronyism, appointing loyalists left and right with instructions to disregard all suits brought up regarding Voter Disenfranchisement in favor of those for Voter Fraud. This was just one of BOOsh’s many ways to help suppress the vote, committing yet another unavoidably Impeachable Act.

 After originally withdrawing the nomination of Samuel Fox to an Ambassadorship, the BIC has turned around and used the recess appointment to place Fox in the position as Congress took its Spring Break recess…thankfully, Democrats in the Senate are on top of things and are now investigating the legality of the appointment; considering the withdrawal and the serious lack of support he had!!

 Karl Rove - BOOsh’s so-called “architect” – recently “joked” about how he enjoys ripping the heads off of small animals…many experts agree that one can tell the difference between the stable and unstable by how they treat animals; especially growing up. Did Rove lack a real connection with his parents? Is the entire regime filled with sociopaths? We already know that BOOsh used to enjoy mutilating animals and torturing classmates in High School and College…wtf comes next?

 MSNBC’s Tucker Carlson is a moron; he recently insisted that the disenfranchised voters in 2000 and 2004 should’ve just “voted anyway”. This guy just doesn’t get it. If your name doesn’t appear on the list of registered voters when you approach the table to get your ballot, card or whatever – due to a purge of said registration – YOU CAN’T VOTE!! No ballot, NO VOTE!! Dumbass!! I’m tired of these rightwing apologists!

 As is typical of this regime, BOOsh has been using lies to try and empower his policies and to bully political opponents into supporting said policies. One example is BOOsh’s recent lie that if a “clean” supplemental for the war wasn’t passed by my birthday the troops would suffer. This has been revealed as purely fabricated…aren’t you tired of these lies?

 Democratic Senators have threatened that if BOOsh vetoes the war supplemental, legislation will be introduced and eventually passed to ensure the cutting of war funds…it’s about f**king time!!

 The Grand Ayatollah Ali Al-Sistani recently made clear his intentions to ensure that Iraq’s Civil War escalates by stripping Sunnis of their voice in government. The puppet government has empowered Iran and escalated the already shaky tensions in that region…it’s too damned tragic to think about these days…

 Mr. Vacation, the Dictator himself came out screaming about the war supplemental and the Spring break vacation after stating that almost 60 days had passed since he sent his war funding proposal to them, he then complained: “Democrats in Congress continue to pursue their bills, and now they have left Washington for spring recess without finishing the work…. They need to come off their vacation [and] get a bill to my desk.” This coming from a guy that has reportedly spent almost 18% of his “tenure” in office on vacation in Crawford, Texas. I want an investigation into how many times BOOsh left business “unfinished” before undertaking these vacations. Hey buddy, the Democrats did send a bill to your desk to fund your damn occupation; you just don’t like it…this isn’t a rubber stamp anymore!! Of course, the funding and vacation problems haven’t stopped the dictator from forcing tired troops to return to Iraq - alongside about 12,000 National Guard troops - before they’ve had enough time with their families…doesn’t anyone else detest this bastard as much as I?

 Repugs in Congress are reportedly planning on “pulling the plug” on Gen. Petraeus if Iraq isn’t showing sincere signs of stabilization….so, they refuse to support any “cowardly” Democratic plot to withdrawal, but to save their own asses on the eve of the next Presidential Election season…everything changes…playing politics with soldiers lives…reprehensible!!

 There comes a time when people really have to question the sanity and intelligence of certain officials in government. Observe Lord Cheney’s following comments on Rush Limbaugh’s radio show regarding Pre-War Iraqi Ties to Al-Qaeda, specifically relating to Al-Qaeda in Iraq’s former leader, Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi: “He took up residence there before we ever launched into Iraq, organized the al-Qaida operations inside Iraq before we even arrived on the scene and then, of course, led the charge for Iraq until we killed him last June.” These assertions are contrary to what we already know. They contradict other statements by this Sith Lord that he never once alleged that there were connections between al-Qaeda and Iraq as a justification for war, and it is a further telling story of just how separated from reality this Regime has become. They keep lying about terrorist ties to Saddam, although they have been proven wrong for quite some time now. I think it is time to either Impeach Cheney or invoke the 25^th Amendment to remove him by those means…

 I want to first make clear my heartfelt gratitude for the release of those 15 British Sailors that were held hostage in Iran for a number of weeks. Second of all, I want to note that I really don’t know who to trust anymore on the issue of what happened and why. I have suspicions that the Iranians coerced the “confessions”, but I also have suspicions about the British government. It is possible that – as servants of the British Government – these poor ex-hostages may have been ordered to rescind their “confessions” upon their return home. The reasons for speculation are as follows: a) the eerie similarities in events leading up to the Iraq invasion in correlation to events in this standoff with Iran. b) A recent disclosure of troubling information from an expert of the region that insists that the British are either ignorant or lying about the water-border dispute…In the end, we just have to hope and pray that this doesn’t escalate any further…especially so damned close to by birthday…come on!!

Tonight's Conclusion - Prepping for Sunday another day of pagan celebration:

 Who’s the Easter Bunny? As I shared with you last year, Easter is a pagan tradition that relates to fertility and the so-called resurrection of various gods in the different pagan faiths across the Eastern Hemisphere. Rabbits and Hares are a sign of fertility due to the fact that they can procreate multiple times in a year and females can even get pregnant while already being pregnant!! This is where the old adage “breed like rabbits” comes from. Should you be concerned when your child goes to see the Easter Bunny?...j/k…but seriously; the idea of bunnies laying eggs more than likely is a result of ancient confusion between the pagan recognition of bunnies and eggs as signs of fertility.

 The coloring of eggs was meant to celebrate the coming spring; accordingly, the consumption of those colored eggs was a form of prayer for a long and prosperous season. It’s all innocent until one aspires to deceive children and mislead them to believe that we Christians owned the holiday from the beginning and that it was always intended to celebrate Christ’s sacrifice and promise to return. From what I’ve learned, Easter, as well as Christmas and Halloween, is an abomination to God. My son will never be misled to believe this lie. I will inform him of the truth regarding the origins of these traditional rituals. We will celebrate Christ’s birth, life, sacrifice and promise all year long, not just one designated day that was stolen from another belief system!

Better yet, how can I find sanity amongst all of this calamity?

 Repug bastard Sen. Inhofe succeeded in gathering enough fellow Repugs to utilize a little-known Senate procedure to cancel the Global Warming Awareness concert that was set for July…and once more the Right Wing displays their disdain for God’s Green Earth.

 The owner and three managers along with 361 allegedly illegal immigrants were all recently apprehended in a recent customs raid of Michael Bianco Inc. (a company that manufactures apparel for the military). Some of those detained were released for reasons relating to child needs, including a few infants. One baby, at about 7 months old was hospitalized for dehydration as its mother was in detention. There are a number of complaints regarding the chaos that has resulted in the incident with numerous families complaining about not knowing where the hell their loved ones are. Exploitation of the poor as well as a violation of our laws is bad enough, but when you do all of this to make military equipment and apparel for a cheap price, that is just flat out immoral.

 Congressman and Pres. Candidate Kucinich (D-OH) recently – as seen below in a video I’ve opted to share with all of you – requested a public discourse on when the right time should be for the impeachment of a dictator. I say it’s about damn time and who better than a man that has been loyal to the people and progressivism since he was placed in office….thank you Dennis!!

 The public demand for BOOsh’s impeachment continues to grow and become more and more powerful…but, Congress seems reluctant to act. This is why partisan politics must come to an end. The funny thing is that in light of a potentially damaging impeachment trial; Repugs are actually leaning in a direction that could actually hint at their possible support for the Dictator’s removal. It is incomprehensible that the so-called Democratic Leaders – like Congressman Emanuel – are actually saying that there’s basically no need to conduct impeachment proceeds against the BIC. In all honesty, I hope these “Blue Dog” and DLC “democrats” are ousted in the next few elections in favor of honest, dedicated, defenders of the constitution.

 Remember when I talked about that one GOP donor funding terrorism down in South America in my last entry; well, one thing that was talked about in that report that I cited – without depth – was that it was hard to find past information on the guy responsible because his name – in some searches – was misspelled. Well, after delving deeper into that portion of the story, it was uncovered that this may have been a pattern that could go back several years as a means to dodge campaign contribution laws and double at least that family’s donations to candidates such as BOOsh himself…hmmm…

 As evidence continues to mount strongly implicating Gonzales in terminating those Federal Prosecutors for political, another thing has come to surface…specifically what Gonzales told the Senate in his 2005 confirmation hearings, under oath: “I would never, ever make a change in a United States attorney position for political reasons or if it would, in any way, jeopardize an ongoing serious investigation. I just would not do it.” Simple…impeach him, BOOsh, and the rest of these criminals, NOW!!

 How come this regime is so willing to ignore the constitution in favor of protecting and pursuing their agenda? How come they do not feel inclined to answer to anyone but themselves regarding said agenda? How come this policy of ignoring their obligation to report their activities to the press, Congress, the courts and – most importantly – the people goes unchallenged and unpunished? Simple answer is because we are no longer living in a Democratic Republic. We just have the illusion of one. In all honesty, any party system complete destroys Democracy in the end, because the very people that are elected do not serve the people, instead they adhere to the demands of their respective party leaders – in addition to the requests of all corporate sponsors - ignoring all public mandate. BOOsh recently “offered” to let a few of his underlings to go before Congress behind closed doors, with limited members, and no oath to be taken. Just like BOOsh’s so called testimony in 2004 before members of Congress regarding his handling of the terrorist threat leading up to 9/11…why? Because of the aforementioned explanation. Congress and the Courts no longer exist to balance and check the power of the executive. They merely exist as lapdogs and act in accordance to that executive’s will. Such has been the case in the past six years. Every time Congress has acted in a manner that would keep BOOsh in check, he has brushed it off with a signing statement or executive order. Every time the courts have ruled against his policy, he simply screams and hollers until another judicial body rules in his favor. With one more possible Court Retirement/Appointment possible before BOOsh’s tenure is done and over with, this trend of the Courts to constantly buckle under our dear leader’s will seems just that more possible. In essence, because of congressional failure to remove this despot, fascism is already here; the deal is sealed.

 Remember the scandal-clad former Congressman and current prison Randy “Duke” Cunningham that got in trouble for accepting bribes in exchange for passing legislation that favored military manufacturers? Well, a new detail has been unveiled regarding White House connections to the questionable practices of this disgraced public servant. Apparently, Lord Cheney “paid” 140,000 dollars to defense contractor Mitchell Wade to supply “furniture” for his office. The funny thing is that Mr. Wade turned around and bought a yacht for Cunningham at a price of $140,000…coincidence? You be the judge…

 During a 2005 trial where the Federal Government was prosecuting the tobacco industry for lying to the public about cigarettes, BOOsh’s Justice Department started pressuring witnesses to alter their testimony against those corporations in order to help eliminate the requirement that certain executives lose their jobs…yeah, BOOsh is really working for us…

 A funny thing about the BOOsh regime – which is also telling of their fascist character – is their abhorrence of the law. In the last 30 years, the only instances of a federal administrative office holder refusing testimony have been in the BOOsh tenure, furthermore, in the past several decades, out of slightly more than 60 officials testifying from Democratic administrations, more than 50 were cooperative members of Clinton’s administration…isn’t that something?

 A federal court recently ruled that shareholders that had their lives wrecked by Enron’s crash can not pursue a mass lawsuit to regain the billions they lost because “the banks only aided and abetted that fraud by engaging in transactions to make it more plausible; they owed no duty to Enron's shareholders”…only aided and abetted? This is what I was talking about…Corporatist-fascism has already taken over this country!

 You know that Federal Prosecutor involved in the indictment and conviction of Lewis Libby; Patrick Fitzgerald? Well, apparently he was among those on the original list for consideration of termination in the midst of his investigations regarding the Plame Scandal…I wonder why they changed their mind…

 In the escalating constitutional crisis of defiance on BOOsh’s part regarding the threat of subpoenas in relation to the Prosecutor scandal (how many farcking scandals are we going to see before Congress decides to do its damn job); the dictator stated that he would “resist all attempts to subpoena White House officials.” The bastard is essentially stating that even of Congress orders someone to testify on this matter and any future question…even though a subpoena is mandated to be adhered to by law…he is once again establishing his heartfelt belief that the law doesn’t apply to his Regime…what was it I said about this nation’s status as a Republic?

 Would it surprise anyone that BOOsh’s bitch in the 2000 Repug Primary - who seems to be one of the two chosen successors to this regime – is just indecisive on just about every cultural issue…now including immigration. He once supported a more tender approach to illegals, but has now jumped ship in his never-ending journey to appease the rightwing. I used to partially respect this man, now I just can’t stand him, period.

 Congresswoman Jean Schmidt (R-OH) recently claimed to have visited Walter Reed Medical Center and then concluded that the media and politicians have “exaggerated” the situation there…this woman never stops insulting our brave men and women…

 A federal prosecutor is now requesting the courts to decrease Jack Abramoff’s prison sentence merely because of his extensive cooperation on a number of investigations. Surely, he did help bring Bob Ney down (my former disgraced Congressman), but I don’t know if that means he’d deserve a shorter sentence. He only got about 5 measly years for his heinous crimes to begin with!!

 I can honestly say that there are few individuals in this world that I despise…BOOsh is obviously one of them, but another is that repulsive fat bastard Rush Limbaugh that can’t seem to get enough of his Edwards’ attacks. I mentioned before how he likes to make reference to how the former VP Nominee seems a little “gay”, but now this repugnant asshole has gone too far. After Edwards’ recently revealed that Elizabeth has cancer, Limbaugh went nuts about John’s decision to continue his pursuit of the presidency. First of all, there was his attack on the “leaked” report by Politicos about Edwards supposedly opting to jump out of the race only for the man to later decide that day that he was still running because Elizabeth insisted that he continue. Limbaugh implied that Edwards’ campaign purposely “leaked” that false report only to debunk it later in an attempt to boost the campaign. The fact is that a close colleague of Edwards assumed he was dropping out and reported the rumor to Politicos. Then Pudgy turned around and started attacking the Edwards’ reaction to the news and how they supposedly turned to “politics instead of God”. To question the faith of this potential First Family or ANY family is morally reprehensible and is a violation of Biblical Law…I truly hope in my heart that you burn in hell Rush!!

 Isn’t it funny when the right wing is caught off guard? Recently, in an interview with a Retired Military Colonel, Sean Hannity attempted to extract some kind of comment in opposition to the recent appropriations bill, but was an utter failure when the colonel turned the tables on his dumb ass and expressed his beliefs that this will not harm the troops whatsoever with the exception of delaying their homecoming.

 Michael Bloomberg - rich mayor of New York City – used the NYPD to help survey possible anti-BOOsh demonstrators all over the planet for up to a year before the Repug’s 2004 Convention. They posed as sympathizers and activists and then reported what they heard to their superiors in New York or even to local departments. One issue of particular interest were plans for action – including concerts – across the country: “Activists are showing a well-organized network made up of anti-Bush sentiment; the mixing of music and political rhetoric indicates sophisticated organizing skills with a specific agenda.” Hence, they were determining that these demonstrations had the potential to threaten public safety…a police state indeed…

 It looks like the corruption and incompetence of the Repug leaders in Congress and the Dictator have finally taken their toll on the public as less and less people are identifying themselves with the RNC, and more are aligning with us Dems…YAY!! Welcome to the reality based community!!

 In their hopes to avert federal laws on record keeping for all administrative communications; BOOsh Regime officials have been using email services provided by the Repugs Party instead of the governmental service in hope of avoiding any kind of subpoena for these communications…apparently, a number of these officials have escalated their usage of the RNC email instead of White House email in the wake of this attorney scandal…LOL….

 No one should even consider doubting the fact that Gonzales will soon have to relinquish a post he never deserved in the first place, especially after his rhetoric regarding his involvement in unjustifiably firing these federal prosecutors has been contradicted by a former underling (under sworn testimony) and now himself…observe: “I was not involved in the deliberations over whether or not the US attorneys should resign…I know why I asked these United States attorneys to leave and it was not for improper reasons”….LMAO!!!

 Another BOOshie is freaked out by the hearings…she actually told an aide of hers to take her water and eye glasses because she’s paranoid about her prints being taken…what the hell is the GSA Administrator so afraid of? Is there something dark in her past that we might uncover through said fingerprinting? Hmm…

 In an incredible turn of events, BOOsh’s nomination for the Ambassador to Belgium, Sam Fox – a man that donated thousands to the Swift Boat Veterans for Deceit – has been withdrawn…thank God for the Democratic Senate!!

 The inspector general of the Justice Department revealed that the Federal Bureau of Investigation violated the law about 3,000 times in spying on Americans…that’s right, the road to a Fascist Police State has to be complete!!

 Just as anyone with a brain could’ve predicted, BOOsh’s Regime – despite previous promises – will not close Guantanamo Bay’s prison camp before 2009. Reason stated that they can’t risk releasing all of these “extremely dangerous” detainees during this “war to terrorize” especially to countries that “can’t try” them…whatever…

 Who else fears what may come of this confusing and over-politicized issue with Iran detaining 15 British military personnel? It’s way too unclear as to who’s telling the truth, and is thus too similar to the final weeks before the Iraq War began…

 How many of you out there know what all happened to the remains of those whose lives were tragically lost on 9/11? Ever here of fines? Rubble that is pulverized and later used for pavement…well, according to some, it’s very likely that the pulverized remains of those innocent people have been mixed with the rubble and – in turn – used to repave the roads, filling potholes, cracks, etc….how sickening can it get?

 A Missile Defense test that transpired while North Korea prepared a missile on a rainy seemed to have an interesting result…apparently, the defense system failed, shutting down a significant portion of the defense network due to the weather…just another failed BOOsh policy…

 Michael Savage never stops in his disgusting and outright immoral commentary, especially when he suggests that God permitted thousands of innocents – including children – to be slaughtered as a result of a “rise of immorality” in our great country. I am a devout Christian. I believe that God hates sin, but I do not believe that he would orchestrate the action some murderous bastards in killing innocent children among others…I am appalled that anyone even listens to this twisted f**k!!

 If anyone on the right side of the spectrum tell you that the Iraqis are still having a hell of a time over their in our Middle Eastern extension of the Empire, then read the regretful words of the Iraqi that – at the time – was proudly in front of the Iraqi line, hammering away at the Saddam statue that was famously brought down in April 2003: “I really regret bringing down the statue. The Americans are worse than the dictatorship. Every day is worse than the previous day.” Truly tragic indeed…our government let these people down…

 To commemorate the 4^th tragic anniversary of BOOsh’s Imperial Conquest in Mesopotamia; my wife and I attended a candlelight peace vigil, demanding an end to war, and even sharing demands (between all 30 estimated attendees) for the impeachment of the BIC. The report from the advocate was decent and front page, but only a small portion of what I told the reporter ever made it to the published report. I expressed my disdain for this war, as reported in this coverage, but I also talked of how BOOsh botched the handling of the war, as well as my disagreement with the recently passed appropriations bill that leaves too many loopholes for the Dictator to keep our troops in Iraq. Furthermore, when I spoke in the attendant opportunity to address our reasons for attending, I expressed that the rain didn’t prevent me from attending – although my spouse and I had to walk several blocks to do so, because I felt that since our troops serve in all weather for us, it is only right for us to return a very small favor by subjecting ourselves to a little weather to speak out for them. I also expressed that no crime committed by this bastard can dishonor the service of our incredible troops. I appreciate the coverage, but the editing really seemed to give us proud, patriotic protesters an image of selfishness and ignorance.

 As is typical of the bastardly pro-war bunch; they show their true contempt for our brave men and women; they do so in a number of recently uncovered incidents where injured troops have been denied benefits because of a misdiagnosis of “personality problems” that the military is now using as the “real” reason they were injured to begin with…our military under BOOsh….always at war, and never standing up for those who fight it!!

 The Iraqi Province of the American Empire (where a growing number of our troops are insisting that they come home and even be replaced by the dictator himself) along with the entire region is on the verge of chaos. Little do any of us American’s know that our government is doing everything it can to avoid a Turkish incursion. The Turks, concerned with our Empire’s support of Iranian Kurds and the lack of action against the Iraqi Kurds to prevent their apparent plot to invade Turkey, are planning to launch a pre-emptive strike into Iraqi Kurdish territory to defend their interests. Such an action would likely ignite the fire that would lead to a complete break down of the region…God help us..

 In response to a comment made by Saudi king Abdullah where he called the situation in Iraq an “Illegitimate Occupation”, a BOOsh minion/National Security Council spokesman stated the following lie: “'The United States is in Iraq at the request of the Iraqis and under a United Nations mandate. Any suggestion to the contrary is wrong” I see at least three major lies in two sentences…just two sentences!! The Iraqis NEVER asked us to invade and occupy their country, the United Nations did not mandate or even so much as sanction this illegal invasion, because BOOsh forced the weapons inspections to end prematurely and pulled out of an attempt to have a UN resolution passed that would’ve sped up the process to initiate military action. Finally, All suggestions that contradict this Regime official’s comments are correct…so there you have it…LOL

 There comes a point when I actually become disappointed at the alternatives to my party’s candidates, but the 2008 presidential race is turning out to be nothing short of hysterical. John McCain is among the right wing circus that seems to get more and more interesting everyday. McCain and Giuliani flip around more than a fish looking for water. Furthermore, McCain’s beliefs on the so-called progress in Iraq is of more interest: “I know for a fact of much of the success we're experiencing, including the ability of Americans in many parts -- not all. We've got a long, long way to go. We've only got two of the five brigades there -- to go into some neighborhoods in Baghdad in a secure fashion.” This was directly contradicted by a media correspondent that experiences the dangers of walking streets in Baghdad everyday, when he suggested McCain now lives in Neverland….LOL….just too good!!

Tonight's Conclusion - an Answer to the Original Questions posed:

 The following is a work in progress regarding the goals that I have set for my career in public service. I aspire to accomplish every goal set now and in the future before even considering retirement. The longer it takes to achieve these objectives the longer I remain in service to my fellow Americans. More will be added in time - especially relating to my Municipal Government before I officially enter the public arena in/by 2009:

 IDEAS FOR PUBLIC SERVICE

1)       For Unions – pay strikers a considerable percentage of regular pay during initial strike (this is to apply pressure on the employer to reach a deal with the laborers).

2)      Mandate all employers to report all actions pertaining to job applicants and employees particularly relating to decisions on hires, reprimands and terminations to the Departments of Labor in order to ensure equal protection of employment rights.

3)      In the interest of the advancement of American society and the overall welfare of the general public; mandate employment for all able-to-work Americans that exceed 18 years of age. (“Not-Able” refers to anyone with physical or genuinely mental ailments that obstruct that individual’s ability to perform ANY work duties / refers to any single parent with no immediate/trustworthy family to act as a “sitter” during work hours/ refers to any pregnant, potentially pregnant, or recently pregnant woman)

4)      In order to enforce #3, create a “Motivation to Work” program, setting up an army of trained counselors that – on a daily, restless basis – “motivate” all “Able” Americans to seek employment (by showing up at client’s home to arouse them, and assisting them to each job sight; ensuring that every application is filled out and followed through, furthermore, regular mandated check-ups with client and his/her employer will be necessary to ensure progress)

5)      In a step-by-step process, shift the tax burden to the upper 25% of the country; initially charging federal income taxes as follows and maintain the following rate until deficits and debts extinguish which would then lead to a decrease in each tax rate by 50% (in 2007 dollars):

a)      Under $25,000/yr = 2%

b)      $25,000-50,000/yr = 8%

c)      $50,000-75,000/yr = 14%

d)      $75,000-125,000/yr = 20%

e)      $125,000-200,000/yr = 32%

f)      $200,000+/yr = 38%

6)      Mandate that all corporations help cut the gap between rich and poor by taking steps to ensure that no CEO makes anymore than 30% more money than their lowest paid employee.

7)      Enhance, restore and affirm traditional Social Security and Medicare taxation.

8)      In order to better protect the general public and the workforce; enhance the authority and significance of the “Dr.’s Excuse” by prohibiting employers from reprimanding any employee that seeks and obtains one.

9)      Reform the current workday to allow more family time by decreasing the workday from 8/hr day to 6/hr day with lowered standards for overtime to mandate time and a half pay when an employee exceeds 30/hr a week.

10)   In the interest of American Prosperity; protect American jobs by penalizing any and all CEOs that Outsource, as well as any and all employers that hire Non-American laborers for less pay than an American with a 25% increase in taxes and/or trade tariff.

11)    Provide an “opt-out” tax filing option for any citizen who insists that not one dime of their taxes will go to fund an Abortion or Embryonic Stem Cell Research, and for any citizen who prefers that their taxes not fund any Military Act (with the exception of protective gear, as well as food and drink for the troops).

12)   Create a tax deduction for all citizens that participate in any volunteer public service as well as the military.

13)   Cut spending on the development of new military arsenal considerably, and increase spending to compensate veterans for their service.

14)   Create a Cabinet Level – United States Department of Science consisting of the following:

a)      Council of Scientists with respectable scientists of all sorts from across the nation that would convene regularly to research, discuss and vote on scientific matters and request to-be-determined funds for projects. Led by a presiding officer or “Council President” elected by the Council, that oversees all actions and sits in a cabinet level advisory position.

b)      A Science Secretary appointed by President in accordance with Constitutional Law on appointments who consults the Council as a representative of the administration and – in turn – consults the president on any and all requests of the Council. Official in charge of handling the Science Department.

c)      Charged with handling funding and research relating to any and all federally funded scientific matters.

15)   Create a Cabinet Level Advisor of History; charged with researching historical lessons on any and all matters facing the administration. Mandated qualifications specifically must include high degrees in scholar-level historical knowledge.

16)   Reinstate the Fairness Doctrine to ensure that the public is always exposed to every side of an issue and to eliminate bias in the media. Free Press means that the people and the press have a right to research all matters important to their general welfare; it doesn’t include any “right” to filter undesirable news or choose sides in a debate.

17)   Provide Tax Deductions for voting.

18)   Create an Automatic Voter Registration upon reaching 18^th Birthday or acquisition of citizenship.

19)   Create a Voter Log System that would record every time a voter casts their ballot and would prohibit fraudulent voting while protecting right to voter anonymity.

20)  Mandate voter participation in order to receive governmental assistance; provide an option to vote for “none” out of all candidates if the voter dislikes options.

21)   Reform trade policies by mandating a step-process with benchmarks for each trade partner and ally to upgrade labor and human rights standards to “First World” standards; if these benchmarks are ignored, then non-participants will be punished with trade embargos and tariffs.

22)  Mandate that all employers offer jobs to immigrants (legal and “guest”) for the same exact wage/salary as Americans to help level the playing field and to protect equal competition in the job market.

23)  Prohibit tax abatements for all companies that generate hundreds of millions or more per year; only permit abatements for real small businesses (making less that 100 million a year)

24)  Prohibit taxation without representation; especially relating to municipal taxation. Mandate that all municipalities either stop taxing non-citizen workers or permit those laborers to vote on officials that’ll eventually have an effect on their taxation. If a citizen is taxed by more than one municipality; mandate citizen’s home local government and extra municipal government to tax in a manner that would equal original rate of the larger municipality.

25)  Mandate that all schools explore innovative education techniques; researching and implementing programs that apply to various Intelligences and Learning Styles.

26)  Mandate small classes for all schools to improve student-teacher communications.

27)  Mandate equal funding for all school districts.

28)  Mandate that all universities and colleges report to Education Departments on all applicants; providing justifications for acceptance or denial to ensure equal protection of educational opportunities.

29)  Implement a moratorium on all death sentences, and attempt to commute all federal inmates on death row to a life sentence.

30)  Enact stricter environmental policies; cooperate with other nations to develop/discover best approach to combat Global Warming, particularly by extinguishing usage of carbon emissions and all other pollutants.

31)   Repeal “Affirmative Action” in compliance with #28 and #2.

32)  Research alternative, healthier and more environmental methods of farming pertaining combating pests, and raising animals/plants. Furthermore, grant higher subsidies to innovative farmers.

33)  Reduce salaries of all Federal Public Servants by 50%.

34)  Prevent corruption in government with a law mandating every member of Congress to conduct annual review/audit of every action in office; including failures and/or successes in holding other public officials accountable for breaches of duty.

35)  Ensure passage of affirmative legislation that plainly states the responsibilities/duties of all public officials; elected and appointed.

36)  Grant the electorate with the sole authority to grant raises and implement cuts to the salaries of public officials;

a)      Instruct all municipal and State governments to devise a method of how to present the question to alter salaries before their people and how it should occur.

b)      Mandate a quadrennial national referendum asking the electorate to do one of three things; raise, cut or stay the current salary of Congress, the Executive and Judicial Branches.

c)      Provide an option for elected officials to pose the question before the referendum is scheduled to appear on the ballot to either raise or cut the pay of each respective branch.

 I will further delve into each of these goals to elaborate more on them and why I believe each would be good for this incredible country we call home.

(Uncle Sam asks) Dude, where's my sanity?

 According to some within the ranks of the F**k the Planet Crew; there is the prevailing belief that environmentalists – such as myself – are an antichristian occult that worship the ground we walk on, literally. They believe that – to us – global warming would be a “necessary apocalypse” to best serve the planet we cherish. In fact, I choose to be an environmentalist out of love for this incredible home that GOD gave to us. This rhetorical bulls**t that the right wing insists on spewing on a daily basis regarding our desires and passions is without warrant or merit. I’m tired of seeing us liberals and Democrats portrayed by the media and the entire right wing as being unpatriotic, unholy, sadists that wish to destroy this wonderful country.

 Joining us cultist environmentalists; the Pentagon has let their feelings be known on how they now view Global Warming as a real threat. With a recent projection of anarchy on the horizon in response to the chaotic weather changes, they feel that if nothing is done to curb this climate change; war will inevitably become a daily part of human life as each man tries to fend for himself…do you want this world to become an arena for the survival of the fittest?

 Intimidated by the Regime’s position on Global Warming, Sea Ice and Polar Bears; scientists and other environmental experts choose not to discuss the dangers posed by or facing the aforementioned subjects. We can’t even take a humane stance in defense of Polar Bears?!

 On July 7^th of this year, Al Gore will be hosting a concert on Capitol Hill’s Lawn to demand action on Global Warming…I sincerely wish that I could be there…this is the honest-to-God most important issue facing us, and that ever will face us…however, there will be no real action on the matter if BOOsh and anyone like him maintains control…mark my words…

 The callous nature of this Regime is simply incomprehensible. BOOsh recently praised Tennessee Gov. Bredesen’s anti-Medicaid policies that have cut over 300,000 Tennesseans off the roll – leaving many to die from lack of care. He labeled this neo-con’s vision as being “innovative” and basically insisted that healthcare needs to become more privatized/free-marketed. If BOOsh has his way, the next place you’ll be looking for a doctor in is an Advertiser or your local Wal-Mart (Devil) Monopoly Chain…The funny thing is that the people – when polled – say overwhelmingly that they support Universal Health Care even if it results in higher income taxes…my oh my!

 BOOsh’s IRS is now handing the responsibility for writing our tax laws over to the very same bastardly lawyers and accountants that help to shelter the richest among us…I wonder whether that joke about BOOsh’s base was really a “joke”…

 Just before the Hurricane Season of 2006 got underway, the Army Corps of Engineers, aided by a corporate entity strongly connected to Jeb Bush, installed DEFECTIVE water pumps in New Orleans that were said to be ineffective if a major storm hit (thank God there were none in 06’). The corruption of this Regime just continues to hurt…

 Many Repugs in Congress are turning against BOOsh’s empty and mostly political No Child Left Behind, due to the fact that so many schools are actually falling behind because of the law. The reason is that there were high standards set for all schools and even extra spending mandated on the testing, but no funds provided and no room left to help the suburban and rural communities as well as to continue providing classes that help special needs and promote extra curricular activities…This act that has left every child behind is just another example of the dark empty heart that BOOsh possesses, that blasphemes God, Christ and the Holy Spirit almost on a daily basis…bastard…

 One of the more pressing and urgent moral issues of the day is the AIDS pandemic. This could’ve and should’ve been resolved in the 1980s, but our government turned its back on the downtrodden, and we certainly have the resources to combat it today but a few ideologues stand in the way of progress.  When Sen. McCain was recently inquired on his views regarding the proper approach in fighting HIV-AIDS in America and globally, he seemed to struggle in finding an answer. He first referenced a book by a guy named “Coburn” in citing his view that Abstinence is the only way to properly fight the disease, but then stated that wherever this approach fails, contraceptives would be appropriate. When he was then asked about using tax payer money to fund the education and distribution of contraceptives here and abroad; he really had trouble…noting – after a series of long pauses – that he supported BOOsh’s abstinence only policies in this fight, and that he was stumped when asked if he believed that contraceptives are ineffective in preventing the spread thereof. The reporter then asked if he at least agreed that condoms may help to fight it…the following was McCain’s response:

“I’m not informed enough on it. …I’m sure I’ve taken a position on it (in) the past. I have to find out what my position was. (Looks to his press secretary) Brian, would you find out what my position is on contraception – I’m sure I’m opposed to government spending on it, I’m sure I support the president’s policies on it.” And they said that Kerry didn’t know his position on key issues…this guy has flipped so much that he’s completely gone off the deep end…LOL

 In a recent article of the Washington Post, the author warned Congressional Democrats against holding BOOsh accountable because of a possible backlash it could result in from the general public, who – as the post implies – could grow tired of constant hearings on the incompetent and unethical behavior of the Regime. Expect more of this; the media doing all they can to deflect any momentum of this congress to do its damn job! Grow tired of constant hearings? Well, if the regime wasn’t so damned corrupt and power hungry, breaking one law after the other, those hearings wouldn’t be necessary now would they…geesh…

 During a recent wave of municipal votes throughout Vermont – where roughly 36 towns voted - in favor of Impeaching BOOsh; The Repug Governor of that state acting as town moderator over one such meeting attempted to block one of these historic votes. Although many state and local officials claim that he was well within his rights to request that there be no immediate vote on the issue, claiming that time should have been permitted to pass allowing other non-present citizens to attend for debate and a vote, and that the matter had little or nothing to do with municipal issues, the man’s disdain for the will of the people was very evident as he seemed to scoff at the mere thought of a town hall vote on a national crisis…boo, hoo.

 Congressman Henry Waxman, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, has announced plans for investigations into the Regime’s handling of the Valerie Plame scandal. This could be just another path that could, should and better lead to impeachment proceeds!

 Fox’s Sean Hannity recently challenged Salt Lake City’s Impeachment Demanding Mayor Rocky Anderson to a debate on his show, only to have it cancelled by the producers (what are they afraid of?). Then, Hannity, honestly not knowing what he’s getting himself into…or just spouting off empty rhetoric…re-challenged the mayor to a debate…I can’t wait for this one…

 Sen. Chuck Hagel, a man that has an agenda to appease to us Liberals in his pursuit of the White House, has pandered to us lefties once again with a very enlightening statement: “The president says, 'I don't care.' He's not accountable anymore… Before this is over, you might see calls for his impeachment. I don't know. It depends on how this goes.” Ha!! Might? He obviously hasn’t been paying much attention. But that isn’t it, it is now apparent that whenever Repugs in Congress convene behind closed doors, one of the more popular topics of discussion that they seem to always reach is “what to do about” BOOsh…I know exactly what the answer to that is…”Impeach, and Remove”!!

 A man that I greatly admire and am currently supporting for President – Dennis Kucinich – has now stated that Impeachment “may be” the only remedy to essentially stop BOOsh’s abuses of executive power. He was making these statements with regards to the regime’s recent push for a confrontation with Iran, but the message is clear; BOOsh is a danger to our great nation and to the rule of law, and must be stopped…I urge Kucinich to make that next step…furthermore, I demand that everyone contact Kucinich’s offices and urge him to draft articles of impeachment (seeing how Congresswoman McKinney’s articles were never recorded in Congressional records by the 109^th Congress)…it’s the only way, we can’t afford to wait until 2009!!

 The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been exposed for the lawbreaking bastards they are. Following in the footsteps of the NSA, the FBI – justified by the renewed patriot act, that law’s provision expanding police powers, and a signing statement by BOOsh that claimed he didn’t have to adhere to provisions requiring that he report his conduct regarding the law to Congress – to spy on us Americans without a warrant. I demand that this Congress do it’s damn job and impeach the bastard already!!

 In a move that I passionately support; the new Governor of Florida Charlie Crist has promised to fight for a restoration of 14^th and 15^th Amendment Rights to over half a million Floridians. The rest of America must follow suit. For far too long, a number of Americans, that have served their debt to society have been denied the most inherently important and vital right of men and women in a Democracy…the right to vote. This revolutionary act is over a century late, but I welcome it with an open heart!!

 After Ann Coulter recently referred – falsely – to John Edwards as a “faggot”, and apparently fails to see how such a label could be offensive to an entire demographic; Repug Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney has gleefully accepted her endorsement, without any mention of her ignorant bigotry whatsoever. The people that any person surrounds them with really speak to their character.

 In a rare attempt to peer into the mindset that many neo-cons possess, I visited a fellow Xanga member’s site and read a few of his rants; particularly pertaining to the day after the Election that ousted his party from power in Congress. This guy amazes me. How someone can be so blatantly ignorant to real issues is beyond me. He attacks the electorate and their decision to place our party in power. He cites a few elections to back up his claim that the election was not decided by the Iraq War. Honestly, I kind of agree there too, Iraq wasn’t the SINGLE ISSUE that swayed the vote of the people; does corruption mean anything to you? How about the economy? Jobs? A fair minimum wage…damn I could go on, but it would be too much for a righteous “son of God” like you to take in from a “stupid” Liberal like myself. I urge everyone to read this guy’s complaints; they are hysterical:

“The race (for Governor in Arkansas) was close, he lost by only 100,000, or so I'm told.  So now we have to suffer under a Democrat Govenor.  We'll miss the Baptist minister.  The way the ballot was set up helped Beebe anyway.  On the ballot, Beebe's name is first, and its shown as, "ATTORNEY GENERAL MIKE BEEBE."  When voting, I felt ignorant voters (and there are so many) would probably pick the one at the top with the fancy title anyway, thinking, "Wow he's already Attorney General, I'd want him to be Govenor."  And all the Asa Hutchinson signs said, "Asa!" without mentioning his last name much at all, so I wouldn't be surprised if alot of fools went, 'Hutchinson?  Who's that!?  Oh look there's the Attorney General"” I still can’t get over the guy’s childish names that he lashes out at us liberals with, all because his guys lost…LOL.

 After further delving into this guy’s previous entries, I came across one such post that commented on comparing past inspirational evangelicals to those of today’s left and right winged movements. In referring to how valid the opinions of Gandhi and Dr. King would be in relation to BOOsh’s policies, the entry stated: “neither Gandhi nor King, for all their stature, would be a dispenser of relevant advice about statecraft and war, as both were adamant pacifists. Infamously, Gandhi refused to back Great Britain against Nazi Germany or distinguish between the British Empire and the Third Reich. King's opposition to the Vietnam War, in which he called the United States' the "greatest purveyor of violence in the world today," lacked the moral astuteness of his heroic crusade against racial segregation.” It is apparent here that the author of this post has no clear understanding as to why Gandhi refused to support a side in the struggle between the empire that brutally occupied his countrymen and the fascist empire that was on the rise and threatened the former. Furthermore, to label these men as irrelevant on matters of foreign policy simply because they take a wholehearted stance in opposition to the use of military force as a means to resolve disputes between any two large groups is pitiful and ignorant. Everyone that feels that they can make a comment in opposition or support of any policy has a relevant opinion in a democracy, and especially in the Christian Community.

 With the unbelievably disgraceful handling of our veterans at Walter Reed, the unveiling of which has been determined by the Main Stream Media as proof that those that revealed it hate our troops, what is even more deplorable is what some in the right wing media feel about the matter. For example, Brit Hume – from Faux News – recently claimed that the main problem with this crisis is that it looks bad for the Dictator. Our brave men and women are suffering because of incompetence in these VA Hospitals and the worst part is that it makes that BIC look bad…yeah, “support the troops” you do not sir…

 When one looks into how the situation at Walter Reed Medical Center got so out of whack; they must peer into the past. When the Repugs controlled Congress, they drafted the deal to privatize the medical center for our veterans, and were met with heartfelt opposition by our Democrats. Unfortunately, the then-minority’s efforts failed and the deal was passed. The rest…is history.

 Rush Limbaugh - in his typical bigoted commentary – implied that if Barack Obama were to win the presidency, he’d essentially own Al Sharpton. Furthermore, he and his guests suggested that Obama’s victory would lead to forced repayments of slave descendent reparations to which Obama would be the primary beneficiary as a descendent of former slave owners in Africa. Sick bastard…

 The media just loves ole’ cross dressing Giuliani, despite the fact that a firm of his actually receives pay from Hugo Chavez’s state-owned Oil Company Citgo. They dub him as the mayor all Americans love and admire, and now they claim that it would be hard to imagine him botching the federal response to the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Katrina despite the FACT that a number of reports concluded that Giuliani’s incompetence was one of the many reasons that 9/11 became such a crisis in New York City! Don’t ya just hate that propaganda?

 After I. Lewis Libby was found guilty by a jury of his peers on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice, the jurors made a few very interesting comments on the trial. First of all, they likened this verdict to that of Al Capone’s where the guilty verdict of Tax Evasion became the only means by which the government was finally able to stop the prohibition-era mobster. What’s that mean? Well, delving further into the jury’s post-trial commentary should reveal that mindset. They wanted to know why Libby – whom they call the “fall guy”/scapegoat – was the only man on trial; asking where Karl Rove was and even hinting towards Darth Cheney. It is very evident that these jurors believed Libby should’ve been the least of our worries in comparison to the crimes of his supervisors.

 Despite all of the empty and baseless rhetoric of the Regime, the economy is headed straight for yet another recession. Why? Well, it’s true that the economy has expanded, but that’s for the wealthiest among us. It’s true that about 3 million jobs have been created, but can you honestly tell me that even ¼ of those jobs have been in the private sector? Our country is headed for a recession and probably a tragic economic collapse because the gap between the working poor and the rich keeps expanding. This short-term growth will collapse upon itself. It’s like adding big, fancy floors to a building while supporting it with play-doh instead of concrete and brick…it just doesn’t work.

 As one of the former federal prosecutors testifies before congress on the events leading up to his termination last fall; he has provided further proof to the allegations that his and about six other prosecutor’s employment were cut due to political reasons citing one phone call from a Repug in Congress regarding the investigations that he was conducting on a number of Democratic Lawmakers: “He asked, `Are those going to be filed before November?' " Iglesias told the Senate Judiciary Committee. "I said I didn't think so. He said, `I'm very sorry to hear that.' And then the line went dead.” Had the repugs retained control of congress, this hearing would’ve never taken place.

 You might hear a number of Neo-Cons in the media claiming that Coulter’s comments were no better than those belonging to Bill Maher whom has been accused of advocating the assassination of Darth Cheney. The truth is that – when one reads a transcript of the show, you find – Bill Maher never said such a thing. This accusation is just one more excuse for the media to ignore that hate-filled rhetoric of the Right-Wing.

 Rush Limbaugh has lost his mind in the wake of Libby’s guilty verdict and has started claiming that this is a “good thing” for Repugs, claiming that the more we liberals gloat about the verdict the more we “poke the bear”…eh?....LOL

 As someone that is subjected on a weekly basis in work meetings regarding the different types of sexual harassment, I feel inclined to expose Presidential Candidate and Sen. Sam Brownback’s (R) conduct in a closed door senate meeting recently. The following sexual innuendo is construed in the workplace – at least for us lowly law abiding citizens – as sexual harassment: “It started off innocently enough as he made small-talk with Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar, mentioning, in passing, that senators often take off their ties when negotiating bills behind closed doors. Klobuchar needled him about it…Klobuchar: "Ties off?… But I don't wear a tie."
Brownback: "I could say ‘dresses off' but I won't..” See, these people seemingly have no respect for the law…

 Isn’t it funny when you look at the hypocrisy of the right wing; whom bashes gays in one hand and condones closeted gays within their own ranks on the other…I may not really support homosexuality, but I don’t get in other people’s private lives either…maybe these repugs should practice what they preach or adhere to Christ’s “Condemn/Judge Not that Ye be not Condemned/Judged” rule…

 Wannabe Hypocrite-in-Chief Newt Gingrich – whom is now on record as stating that the disastrous aftermath and carnage surrounding New Orleans’ devastation in the wake of Katrina was due to a “failure of citizenship” because of those citizens’ inability or mental incapacity to escape the storm - recently confessed to having an extramarital affair during the Repug witch-hunt attempt to oust President Clinton for lying to a judge about his own affair with Miss Lewinsky. His explanation? “The president of the United States got in trouble for committing a felony in front of a sitting federal judge," the former Georgia congressman said of Clinton's 1998 House impeachment on perjury and obstruction of justice charges. "I drew a line in my mind that said, 'Even though I run the risk of being deeply embarrassed, and even though at a purely personal level I am not rendering judgment on another human being, as a leader of the government trying to uphold the rule of law, I have no choice except to move forward and say that you cannot accept … perjury in your highest officials.” So, if he had to go before a federal grand jury due to some mass political attempt to oust him; would he have risked his marriage and political life without second thought when asked about his affair? We’ll never know the answer to that question, but I seriously find it hard to believe that this hypocrite wasn’t judging Pres. Clinton’s personal life during the Repug Crusade to crucify him.

 Thank God for the internet, because right wing attempts to loosen safeguards against media monopolies controlling both television and newspaper news would go unnoticed. As the fascists in our government continue on their stretched out but swift journey to stripping each and every liberty granted by the constitution, it is our job to stand up against their will, by outweighing it with ours.

 Isn’t it funny how short the right wing media’s memory is? One neo-con columnist recently claimed in his editorial: “The journalistic rule is that conservatives pander, liberals "grow." When Al Gore, Dick Gephardt, Jesse Jackson and Dennis Kucinich changed from being pro-life to pro-abortion, their conversions, a price of admission into Democratic presidential politics, were often described as conscientious "growth." But when McCain, who opposed President Bush's tax cuts, concludes on the basis of the humming economy that they should be made permanent, it's called pandering.” The truth is that the media is absolutely obsessed with labeling Democrats as “flip-floppers” every time they amend their views on cultural issues…remember Kerry? Hell, they can’t even talk about John Edwards now without making some reference to his so called effeminate approach, especially that repulsive fat bastard, Limbaugh. The above claims regarding Kucinich – a man that I am currently supporting for Pres. – Al Gore (the man I want to support for Pres.), Dick Gephardt, and Jesse Jackson, are all false, by a long shot. This is nothing more than right wing propaganda, and as always in the Neo-Con Media, it goes unchallenged except by us Liberals on the internet.

 As usual, the Right Wing Media has been exaggerating the accomplishments and landmarks in the economy, first falsely claiming that the stock market was breaking record after record, and then ignorantly stating that the recent unveiled unemployment rate was at a historic low. The fact is that neither are better now than they were in 2000, after adjustments for inflation are considered and a review of the unemployment rate of 3.9-4.1 in 1999 come in to play. However, the sheeple that are among the approximately 30% of Americans still supporting BOOsh will believe any positive reporting on BOOsh far before they double check the info…

 BOOsh’s architect of corruption and tyranny; Karl Rove, has now been implicated in yet another scandal. This time the issue involving the questionable and politically motivated terminations of a number of U.S. Federal Prosecutors…is there any doubt as to the fact that this Regime is the most corrupt band of hooligans to ever occupy the Executive Branch…there shouldn’t be, and honestly, Congress should be ashamed of themselves for not upholding the Constitution all this time…

 Neo-cons control the media; there is no doubt about it. In fact, these lying bastards often twist the facts – and have since the 80s – about their dominance in the media, by labeling it as the “liberal Media”, as a cover for any and all negative reports that come out against their side of the spectrum. Hell, these people think that 18% equals a majority of Americans while advocating the pardon of Scooter Libby. In fact, in the past two years, all four of the major networks have featured Neo-Cons more often that Progressive Liberals on every level of interviews, features, and other communications. Tell me where the hell this Liberal Media myth has any basis!

 It’s now possible that BOOsh’s Regime may have sought to limit compensation for the suffering of former Nuclear Weapons Workers…where’s the logic in that?

 So much for being “America’s mayor”, after refusing to appear before a union of Firefighters, Rudy Giuliani was subjected to an angry response by New York’s Firefighters that slammed his actions in the aftermath of 9/11. Apparently, as BOOsh ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to change the air quality report on ground zero, Giuliani was cutting the amount of available firefighters searching the rubble for fellow firefighters…do you really want this man as your President? Hell, he can’t even be honest about his position on abortion…

 A recent poll conducted has unveiled a wide feeling of unease amongst Repugs across the nation that feel their party has lost their way and are pretty much done for…damn, and they call us Liberals “;pessimistic”…lol

 Neo-Cons are going back to the old Rovian Playbook of “Blame Clinton”. In light of the new unveiled scandal involving Alberto Gonzales’ purge – one that has been a long time in the making - of a number of Federal Attorneys (a move that has actually had some impact on the investigations in the Abramoff Case and the controversial NSA Spy Program) in favor of at least one criminal as a replacement, Rove and his band of retards in the media have now started deflecting attention from BOOsh Corruption and claiming that Clinton “did it too” when he released 93 Federal Attorney’s after being sworn in. The FACT is that those attorneys were mostly appointed by Bush I, as opposed to the lawyers that Gonzales fired, whom were not only appointed by BOOsh but didn’t even have to be confirmed by the Senate because of a sneaky provision in the Patriot Act…so…thank you very much…Furthermore, I wouldn’t believe that other lie they are telling about Clinton supposedly firing an attorney because of their supposed investigation of the Whitewater Scandal. BOOsh seems to have no qualms with lying out of his ass about his knowledge of Gonzales’ so-called “mismanagement” of the issue…heh…after all, it has been suggested by the BIC former speechwriter that Gonzales might be next in line for the Supreme Court!!

 Gonzales could’ve also played a part in the deletion of important and potentially damaging information in the hours following the announcement of the Plame Scandal Investigation…how so? Mr. Gonzales, although he had notified Chief of Staff Andrew Card of the investigation waited 12 hours before ordering that all important documents possibly relating to the matter be preserved…why the long wait…to be continued…

 Mr. McCain…whom I should label as Mr. Indecisive…has taken many stances on a range of issues. His position on the possible pardon of Libby is troubling, especially since he helped to expose the identity of a covert agent. He claims to care so much about our national security, but instead of being present to vote on a measure that would help enforce the recommendations of the 9/11 commission, he opted to attend a fundraiser instead…and what about his new trend of hiring “swiftboaters” (as in those who smeared Kerry’s image in 04’) to his campaign…yeah, a real stand up guy that one…

 In the ongoing Plame Scandal, Valerie Plame-Wilson, the ousted CIA Operative and political victim of the Regime confirmed – for Congress – that she was, in fact, covert when her name was unveiled by the BIC’s cohorts…if you are like the BOOsh apologists amongst us and don’t believe her, then just look into what BOOsh’s own CIA Chief General Hayden said when he affirmed this fact…ha!! Impeach the whole Regime!!!

 Condoleezza Rice has just hired one Professor Elliot Cohen, a man that helped to create the Project for the New American Century (a conservative group advocating the expansion of an American Empire), a man that once insisted that “the United States needs an imperial strategy. Defense planners could never admit it openly, of course, and most would feel uncomfortable with the idea, but that is, in fact, what the United States at the end of the twentieth century is--a global empire…(and that we are) by far the most powerful state on the planet. If it chooses to remain so, citizen and soldier alike must brace themselves for the occasional imperial fiasco.” Guess that any denial of a plan to attack Iran just went out the window…

 Democrats in the Senate are proposing legislation that would mandate regular updates on the Regime’s progress in their pursuit of al-Qaeda’s leaders. I say that it’s about damn time. It’s simply incomprehensible that more than 2,000 days have passed since 9/11 and the 9/11 Commissions recommendations still have not been met entirely…no excuse!!

 As the situation in Afghanistan continues to dwindle; things get worse. Violence always spawns retaliatory violence as a large portion of the Earth’s population observes “Eye for an Eye” (Islam, Judaism, and Fundamentalist Christianity). A recent incident might have provided more fuel to this already raging fire in Asia; where a number of soldiers – in response to a suicide bombing – opened fire indiscriminately on the highway and sidewalks. Over a dozen innocents were slaughtered and then those responsible for this war crime blamed the ever omnipresent “terrorists”. If anyone thought the situation in Afghanistan was bad already, just wait until the public outrage from this event catches momentum.

 BOOsh recently selected the design of his choice for the new nuclear arsenal. Although these people continue to insist that these new nuclear designs are for the replacement of the current arsenal, it still should lead us to suspect an attempt to resume the arms race of the cold war. All I have to say is be alert and demand answers…

 The Polish and British have finally elucidated the CIA’s Secret Prison chain in Europe, by exposing one of the facilities used in the scandalous and covert illegal detainment and renditioning of Muslims. Does this mean that the gloves are off?

 It has been reported that the Regime may contemplate supporting the ouster of Pakistani President Musharraf. Here’s the funny thing; I have very mixed emotions on the situation in Pakistan. See, BOOsh has called that country that is deeply divided in a power struggle between the militaristic president and their secret service known as the ISI. The ISI actually has strong ties with the Taliban and is suspected of aiding and abetting al-Qaeda (in BOOsh’s words, that would technically make them an enemy of the state), on the other hand, Musharraf has appeared to be cooperative, but has recently lost the support of our glorious dictator. There’s no doubt in my mind that if Musharraf is OUSTED from power, no matter who supports it, the extremists in the ISI will jump all over that opportunity to seize power, therefore the Taliban and al-Qaeda will have gained another ally. Question, how come all of BOOsh’s foreign interventions have actually emboldened our enemies? Is it possible that he could be this ineffective, or is this on purpose?

 Remember the old Anthrax scare of October 2001 where a number of Democratic congressman that coincidentally were opposed to the patriot act were targeted in the few attacks (along with the Supreme Court, which was evacuated within the 24 hours after the Patriot Act’s passing…maybe one reason no judicial oversight was implemented…) Well, those old fears might have resurfaced when the campaign headquarters for John Edwards recently received a letter with white powder within…wtf? Is it a coincidence that Democrats have been the primary targets of these attacks? How about the fact that a neo-con blogger was caught in the act of mailing out letters with white powder enclosed to prominent Democratic members of Congress…bet you didn’t know that one huh…

 Repugs in the House recently threw a fit when they learned of Democratic plans to allow the Council on American-Islamic Relations – a Muslim group with a stated mission to “enhance the understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding” – to use a conference room on Capitol Hill for a planned seminar. They labeled the peace and understanding seeking men and women of faith as “terrorist apologists” and warned the Democrats to retract the offer…is there no end to their hatred?

 Well, it appears that the mastermind behind 9/11 has “come clean” and will surely be brought to justice. While I both applaud this and – at the same time – am cautious of some kind of forced confession/tainted case; I just want to say this: No matter what happens to this man (don’t feel like typing his name out…lol), I hope that we can extend to him the humane treatment that he and his cohorts refused to show their victims…may we and God have mercy on him…

 A corporate sponsor of the Repugs and their 527 allies recently accepted responsibility for paying a terrorist organization in Colombia for their protection…just beautiful…is their any distinction between terrorist entities or do we only oppose those that practice Islam?

 I guess the Regime is pretty pissed off that Germany is now seeking to use the International Police (INTERPOL) Organization to further pursue all CIA personnel and other individuals/organizations involved in the illegal detainment and interrogation techniques administered upon German citizens. Before anyone comes out denouncing the Germans for doing this, the United States and Germany are both signature participants of INTERPOL…so, HA!!

Candidate Barack Obama (D - IL) has proposed legislation that would essentially guarantee that our veterans would never suffer through the conditions they’ve recently experienced at Walter Reed Medical Center. Furthermore, it would create a “report card” for the Veterans Administration to report to Congress on the progress and effectiveness of all services that VA offers to our bravest. Once again…it’s about time!!

 Despite their previous rhetoric that was intended to discourage congressional Democrats from voting against any war funding because it supposedly shows a lack of admiration for those in the war zone; the minority is plotting a vote against additional funds if Democrats add provisions that would essentially keep the dictator in line…hypocrites…plain and simple.

 As the right-wing and especially BOOsh lash out against the demands of Homosexual Americans to have equal marital benefits as other Americans because of their need to “protect the sanctity of marriage”, I implore those same assholes to peer into the almost 60,000 once sanctified marriages that were obliterated by the aftershocks of serving in the wars the rightwing bastards started!! Family values my ass…

 Glenn Beck never ceases to entertain me with his bigotry, chicken-hawkery, and outright Neo-Con ignorance. In response to the recent Democratic Congressional proposal to bring the war to an end, Glenn said: “The blood of our troops will be on the hands of Congress soon... how do you sleep at night? How do you do it? If your bill goes through, I hope you can't go to bed any single night without the images of body bags of our American soldiers coming off those planes. I hope they dance in your head every single night, because you will be just as responsible for their deaths as anyone who has ever strapped a bomb to their chest and screamed, ‘Allah Akbar.’” Translation…”stay the course, you assholes, you will make BOOsh and all of us Neo-Cons look bad when a diplomatic solution actually succeeds where a military option failed.” Wasn’t there a definition that characterized a “reactionary” person or government? Oh yes, it was “fascist”. How is the above warning not fascist?

 The military commander in Iraq – General Petraeus – stated that after looking into the ongoing civil war in the Iraq Province, there is no “military solution” to the crisis. In fact, he remarked that the military is only necessary for a temporary security force, but that the real answer was political…there’s some sign of hope in this war afterall…

 Some of the “centrist” Democrats in Congress have damn near lost their minds. First off, Congressman Obey of Wisconsin loses his mind on a Marine Mother whom politely asked him about a possible upcoming vote on the war that could soon end it. (He then immediately apologized when called about it by the press) Then about 17 “Blue Dog Democrats” opted to kill that very provision that would merely set a date for withdrawal and then a few more cowards that claim they are “blue” killed the provision that would affirm BOOsh’s constitutional duty to touch base with Congress before attacking Iran!! WTF?!!

 If you think that the military is unanimous in support of the Repugs (although I’ve known evidence to the contrary for quite some time) guess again…recent comments by an ex-commander in charge of overseeing the training of troops in Iraq said the following after thanking God for a Democratic Congress: “We've got this thing that so many military believe that Republican administrations are good for the military.  That is rarely the case.  And, we have to get a message through to every soldier, every family member, every friend of soldiers that the Republican party, the Republican dominated Congress has absolutely been the worst thing that's happened to the United States Army and the United States Marine Corps.” Damn straight!!

 In a truly disturbing and repulsive case, it is now possible that the Army has covered up the rape and murder of a female soldier that they claimed killed herself in 2005. The reason that there is reason to suspect a cover up is that there was no bullet where her body was found, a blood trail outside the tent, and signs that she was beaten. God willing that we find the truth soon…

 BOOsh’s escalation of our troops in Iraq looks to expand beyond the originally disclosed 21,500 troops he unveiled in January. Ranging around 8,000 more troops, BOOsh has stated that he is in need of more cannon fodder – including the sick and badly injured that were recently order to return to the festival of death - for his blood fest…I detest him…

 With every day that passes that Congress fails to remove the BIC and his Regime from power, more and more people suffer. The Walter Reed scandal is undoubtedly a product of BOOsh’s unchecked power and limitless corruption. His Regime actually pressured the army to hire a company ran by two former Executives from a Halliburton Subsidiary (by the way, Halliburton recently moved their headquarters to the United Arab Emirates, a country that has and still does provide funds to Al-Qaeda and that attempted to run our ports about a year or two ago) to run things at the hospital because it was “cost-effective”; this move then led to a cut in staff and management in the hospital thus cutting the care provided to our soldiers…need I repeat my feelings towards this regime again?

 The Pentagon is now drafting a plan for phased withdrawal based on the success or lack thereof of BOOsh’s escalation of troops into the battered province and the fact that “(that part) of the world has an allergy against foreign presence…Your ability to influence this with a large U.S. force eventually gets to the point that it is self-defeating”. I’m now waiting for the first neo-con to accuse them of “cutting and running”…I won’t hold my breath…

 Just I predicted; Hillary Clinton is beginning to show her true colors and ignorance. No better to us now than what Nixon was in 1968…First she aligns herself with the views of homophobic neo-cons that believe homosexuals essentially have no right to serve if they insist on maintaining their orientation…then she goes back on her earlier pledges to seek an end to the Iraq War if elected if the Dictator hadn’t done so by then…quoth the New York Times on Hillary’s plans: “Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton foresees a ‘remaining military as well as political mission’ in Iraq, and says that if elected president, she would keep a reduced military force there to fight Al Qaeda, deter Iranian aggression, protect the Kurds and possibly support the Iraqi military.” I’m sorry; I just don’t trust her…

 I discovered a funny story recently that kind of speaks to how Faux News treats soldiers that lean Democrat; when one of that station’s reporters sought out a soldier for an interview, one of them – a captain in the army – refused because he didn’t like the network’s political leniency, when the reporter attempted to deceive the soldier by insisting that Faux had no preference, the captain then said “whatever” and walked away…resulting in the reporter silently calling the man a “mother f**ker”…LOL…supporting the troops…one “mother f**ker” at a time…LMAO!!

 As BOOsh tours our southern neighbors, a Mayan priest vowed to conduct a purifying ritual after BOOsh left his country to sanctify the dishonored lands that BOOsh tainted. This was to allow their ancestors to continue resting in “peace”…LMAO!!!

 As BOOsh rules the American Empire with a fist of iron, Vladimir Putin is putting the foot down and tightening his grip on power in Russia, swiftly returning the country to its tyrannical roots. Keep in mind that Putin is a former KGB agent, and that agency’s successor the Federal Security Bureau is definitely following in its footsteps. All of this is more evident when reviewing how Putin and the FSB deals with critics; 14 of which are/were journalists and have been dealt with viciously in the past six months…is Putin really Stalin in disguise?!

Tonight's Conclusion

 As you can see, the past two weeks have been pretty f'ed up...

 I plan on typing up and soon posting my ideas for when I enter the public arena. This list will consist of my goals that I will seek to achieve before retiring. The longer it takes to achieve each objective, the longer I remain in politics. Currently, there are about 20 goals that I have written down so far.

 Furthermore, I know some time has passed, but I want to formally apologize for a broken pledge. I promised earlier this year to post a full review of the year that 2006 was. I never had the time to live up to the promise and have felt bad for it for a while. I do promise with all my heart that I will do better to never make this mistake again. Again, I plead for your forgiveness.

Need we seriously wait for the remaining 688 Days to pass us by?

 In an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, Australia is making movements towards mandating that every home in their country be elucidated by energy efficient bulbs by 2010..it is so shameful that our country is so far behind in this battle against global warming, WE SHOULD BE LEADING THE FIGHT!! Apparently, the next generation of business leaders is already being trained on how to maximize their profits without harming our planet…yay!!

 On a recent broadcast of Glenn Beck, Conservative Co-Host for 20/20 John Stossel suggested that Global Warming is a good thing…LMAO!!! Who wouldn’t want more diseases, more vicious storms and eventually a tan within 3-5 minutes of stepping outside?!!

 At the 79^th Annual Academy Awards, Al Gore’s an Inconvenient Truth won “Best Documentary” while Melissa Etheridge’s “I Need to Wake Up” (from the same film) won the award regarding the best original song (which was up against three separate nominations for “Dreamgirls”). Now, with more exposure, hopefully the movement to save this incredible gift from God for our children could gain more momentum!! The sad thing is that the media – instead of congratulating this great leader – can only attack, baselessly, Gore’s so-called hypocrisy in calling our for responsible and renewable energy use. I say baselessly, because they attack him for having such a high energy bill at home without noting that his family uses Green Energy sources that have led to a higher than usual utility bill for them. That’s why a “liberal media” is nothing more than a myth.

 BOOsh’s so-called Greenhouse Gas emission plan to reduce said emissions by 18 percent in a decade will actually have a reverse effect. This isn’t an “ineffective” policy, but rather a “reverse-effective” one, that would actually increase emissions by 12 percent in that same period of time. Typical of a man that has based his entire tenure in public life on “reverse-effective” policies.

 A New Mexico State Senate Committee hearing on the issue of BOOsh’s impeachment received some considerable coverage, and not a single Repug in the committee showed up. The issue passed without any opposition (because they displayed their lack of care for such a matter), we are one step closer to initiating Jefferson’s Manual prompting the beginning of BOOsh’s Impeachment!!

 Yet another voice was added to the chorus of demands for BOOsh’s removal from office when Salt Lake City, Utah’s mayor called for the action within the past two weeks. Welcome to the fray…however, the idiots that we call our Democratic Representation in the Senate and House (as well as some governorships) are calling for an end to the impeachment movement, calling it a “distraction and a waste of time”, while the governor of Washington State has noted her agreement with those lawmakers calling for a cease in the movement because it apparently wasn’t the most important matter facing the state…where she considers BOOsh’s failed education policies to be more important. Hmm, let me see, you think BOOsh’s empty promises relating to certain programs are a bigger issue than removing him? Well, if we investigate and remove the bastard, these empty promises will cease to be an issue…and I have news for you, Darth Cheney would fall with him!!

 PBS recently ran an expose on BOOsh’s still existing knack for spying on the American Public, using a program that runs at 10 Gigabytes per second, a speed that would allow the program to take 15 minutes to read every book in the Library of Congress; all domestic e-mails are essentially under surveillance through AT&T…thanks for helping to obstruct our civil liberties!!

 Senator Byron Dorgan recently kept his promise to hold businesses and the government accountable for fraudulent and other questionable actions especially involving war profiteers. We must all applaud his honesty and service, as well as those that supported him in the senate!

 A man that once put as much money as he could afford into ridding the government of Pres. Clinton now says that Good Ole’ Bill was a good president. I guess that when you compare what we have now to the peace and prosperity we enjoyed then…I’d come to the same conclusion.

 I still question the competence of certain Democrats in Congress, such as Congressman Emmanuel, whom recently told reporters that he opposes any move to provide universal health care, reform Social Security and entitlement programs for the best, and – worst of all – any effort to bring an end to the war in Iraq. WTF?!! Maybe that asshole would agree with the others amongst the DINO ranks who claim to have been against this war, but yet oppose any sane and reasonable proposal to bring it to a steady and peaceful conclusion. (At least regarding our involvement)

 Neo-Con Pundit Neal Boortz is now on the record as having claimed that Teachers Unions are officially more dangerous to our nation and to our planet than terrorism by claiming that while terrorists can kill thousands, teachers are “destroying a generation.” Simply reprehensible to compare our teachers to terrorists…

 You know that a political entity or representative is desperate to regain footing when they launch a parody of another station’s (and thus the other side of the spectrums) satirical news program, and then use a “laugh track” to notify viewers when it was time to laugh…LOL…what’s even more pathetic is when this undeniably biased organization goes into denial mode to claim that they aren’t “biased, like CBS.” LMAO!!!

 I don’t want to hear the religious right complaining about any kind of bias in the ACLU anymore; they recently stood up for a preacher – who once called for homosexuals to refrain from their sinful behavior – whom was arrested for soliciting another man to have consensual sex with him at a hotel (reportedly with no money involved), claiming that his First Amendment Rights had been violated, BRAVO!!

 I want to know how John Kerry was labeled as a “flip-flopper” for supposedly having two opinions on every issue when Sen. McCain, a man that has flip-flopped left and right on almost every issue imaginable (including the incompetence of Dumbass Rums-failed, the theory of evolution, and the Iraq War) gets by without any recognition by the media whatsoever. McCain, about 8 years ago, expressed that he would not support any repeal of the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, now he says just the opposite. Astonishing.

 The Repugs in Congress last year made it easier for our dictator to establish martial law by weakening restrictions on presidential movements to overhaul local police officers in favor of using the federal military to do the policing. This law was passed last October at night time, in the weeks leading up to the election that ousted those bastards from power. Now we need to demand that action be taken by our current Congress to undo this evil!!

 In a truly disgusting moment of radio, Rudy Giuliani (a man that is milking his image created on 9/11 for everything it’s worth) – who at the time was taking phone calls – took it upon himself to ridicule one caller’s plight after they criticized his damaging welfare policies in New York City by responding: “what kind of hole are you in? There's something that's really wrong with you. . . . We'll send you psychiatric help because you really need it.” Little did he know that the caller actually does have something wrong with him, Parkinson’s disease. Now, did Rudy know this at the time? No. However, it is the principle of the matter, that “America’s Mayor” finds it funny to poke fun at any American that has a problem with his policies regarding entitlement programs without even first considering the many possibilities of why said constituent would have a problem with him. This could’ve been a person with cancer, diabetes, asthma, AIDS, or anything…do you really want him in the White House?

 Although Senator LIEberman vowed during his campaign for re-election when he ran as an Independent that he would caucus with the Democrats if/when he was re-elected, and that he would quote “die a Democrat”; he seems to be changing his tune now and already – not even three months into this term – is considering switching parties to officially complete is transition to Repug (therefore handing control of the Senate back to the bastards) all over the debate of whether or not to cut funds for the War in Iraq in order to apply the adequate pressure necessary for bringing an end to it. The media seems to turn a blind eye to their favorite DINO’s flip-floppery, but thankfully; the liberal blogosphere hasn’t.

 The Dictator recently nominated a man for the Ambassadorship to Belgium, a man that – in 2004, after numerous media reports revealed their mission to be nothing more than a deceitful smear campaign – donated 50,000 dollars to the Swift Boat Veterans, a man named Samuel Fox. Cronyism never ceases with this Regime does it? What’s really funny is during the beginning of Fox’s confirmation hearings before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee; he was questioned by Sen. Kerry, and then the question of legitimacy came up. Fox blurted out the following to Kerry when the Senator addressed him: “Senator Kerry, I very much respect your dedicated service to this country. I know that you were not drafted -- you volunteered. You went to Vietnam. You were wounded. Highly decorated. Senator, you're a hero. And there isn’t anybody or anything that's going to take that away from you. But yet 527s tried to.” The funniest thing here is that when Kerry pressed on extracting an answer from Fox as to why he would donate to a discredited and ruthless 527 like the Swift Boaters, Fox responded that he was asked to donate by a friend – didn’t really know what it was for – and just gave the money without any interest into how that money would be spent. He then continued to lie by saying that he didn’t know much about the widely covered swift boat controversy in those last few months of the election of 2004, and that he may have felt inclined to donate to one 527 to even the odds with the same types of non-affiliated groups on the other side of the political spectrum. I have to ask, would he have donated to a terrorist organization without questioning or even researching how those funds would be spent simply because an associate requested that he donate? Hmm?

 Rudy Giuliani, a man that is going around telling conservatives that they can trust him to stand up for their crucial moral values (abortion and gay rights), but yet his record as New York’s mayor earned him so much praise from us liberals that it would make any neo-cons blood curdle…flip-flopper indeed. Then again, he may be able to appease to the neo-cons out there that only support abortion as a means to rid the world of infant minorities…bastards.

 I believe I once mentioned Attorney General Gonzales’ action in firing a number of federal prosecutors all over the country last year. A number of them were in the midst of investigating charges of corruption regarding some elected officials (most of which were Repugs), and one of those terminated prosecutors has now come out seriously implicating political involvement in his termination. The reason he’s alleged such a thing is because he was investigating a number of local Democrats for corruption and had received an increasing number of phone calls from certain Congressman that seemed to apply pressure on him to speed up the prosecution of these lawmakers before the election. The funny thing here is that seven of the prosecutors that were fired were given no reason at the moment, but the Justice Department cited “performance” as being an issue when – to the contrary – records for six of those prosecutors actually showed stellar performance leading up to the day they were released…hmmm….

 Well, Robert W. Ney’s pathetic 2 ½ year prison sentence has started. Although I believe the man should’ve gotten more time for his crime, I still want to say this. The man put us through hell during the duration of his lies regarding his involvement in the Abramoff scandal, but it is time to move on. Sure, he put us all to shame, and is now serving a rather short amount of time in a cell for his transgressions, but can we really hold a grudge. The man’s political life is ruined forever. In the end, he was yet another scapegoat in the larger corrupt Repug controlled government. When they saw his honesty, the repugs cowered in the light of honesty and scorned him for leading a corrupt political example. I say “scapegoat”, not in defense of Ney, but in defense of our great nation, and because of the fact that many of the Repugs that came out to chastise Ney were mired in corruption themselves, so much so that they should be in the same cell Ney currently resides. This man, now broken down and even in recovery from alcoholism, needs no more scorn. I won’t soon forget Ney’s crimes, but he has confessed and even apologized for what he did. I believe in forgiveness and will not forget my moral obligation to respectfully forgive Ney in response to his honesty. It’s time for the 18^th Congressional District of Ohio to recover, and we shall do so, together.

 How low can you really go in this world? Apparently, Nazis like Ann Coulter can’t go low enough, observe this bigoted bitch’s comments regarding John Edwards: “Oh, and I was going to have a few comments on the other Democratic presidential candidate, John Edwards. But it turns out that you have to go into rehab if you use the word "faggot,"…” So, is she calling John a bundle of sticks? A cigarette? Or is she implying that he is a homosexual? Call me wrong, but I see none of the above labels to be true about the former North Carolina representative in the U.S. Senate and former Vice Presidential Nominee. Then again I could be wrong about Ann Coulter’s mind; she may want to smoke Edwards, bundle him up and then picture him with another man….hmmm. This is just more evidence of how Repugs seek to aim low when they are no longer capable of controlling the debate.

 I feel so overjoyed, why? Because I have hope in some of you conservatives out there that are now waking up to the incompetence and evil of this Regime. Only God knows why it took you so long…a little advice, look into the independent news circuit, it’s many times more reliable than Faux News Channel…

 Shortly after the Creative Artists Agency decided to represent Michael Savage – a decision that was ill-conceived alone –; he later lost their support when he opted to attack the character of another client; Melissa Etheridge, whom received an Oscar for her song in “An Inconvenient Truth”. Mrs. Etheridge is a proud lesbian, and married at that to her significant other, whom she thanked at the Awards. Savage is a sad excuse for whatever the hell he claims to be…

 If one is wondering why the Regime is the absolute worst group of bastards to run this country, you need look no further than the Attorney General himself, and BOOsh’s chief legal advisor since he was Governor of Texas. Alberto Gonzales once said the following about adhering to subpoenas and congressional requests for information: “I think that the American people lose if I spend all my time worrying about congressional requests for information (and) responding to subpoenas.” So, this corrupt bastard is simply expressing his belief that he has no obligation to obey the law, because hell…he’s the chief enforcer thereof (besides BOOsh that is…). One simple remedy for this…and I’ve mentioned it so many times…IMPEACH, IMPEACH, IMPEACH!!!

 For those of you that may think BOOsh’s policy of disregarding and dismissing our First Amendment rights is over, think again. Since 2004, an increasing amount of reported incidents have occurred where BOOsh’s Regime is implicated in ousting citizens from public events where our tax dollars pay for the event in question. To say that these events, that all of us pay for are exclusive only to supporters of the regime is hogwash; this is a crime against the constitution and nothing less.

 The British recently revealed their knowledge of BOOsh’s plans to attack Iran; including a number of naval and airforce bases, as well as their Uranium Enrichment plants. There’s no doubting it now…wait, when you work for the BOOsh Regime, you can always fight the truth with unwavering denial!!

 It has been revealed that BOOsh and Company inflated their successes in the first few years of the “War to Terrorize” (which BOOsh compares to the Revolutionary War…LMAO!!), with only 1/13^th of all the statistics being accurate. Many people were arrested for “immigration violations, marriage fraud, or drug trafficking where department officials provided no evidence to link the subject of the case to terrorist activity.” However, the Justice Department somehow found a way to include all of these people in the Anti-Terrorist efforts…hmmm…

 Outgoing Army Chief of Staff, Gen. Schoomaker recently played down the significance of capturing Bin Laden, citing that terrorism’s bigger than one person, following his sentiments of confusion regarding what it would mean after such a capture: “So we get him, and then what…He's hiding, and he knows we're looking for him. We know he's not particularly effective. I'm not sure there's that great of a return (on capturing or killing bin Laden).” Maybe he could ask BOOsh what it would mean to him if Bin Laden were captured, BOOsh promised last September to resume the search when he proclaimed: “No matter how long it takes, America will find you, and we will bring you to justice.” Perhaps by bringing the terrorist leader to justice, BOOsh means an anal raping never before-seen. After all he did tell Ariel Sharon (former Israeli Prime Minister) exactly what he’d do if he ever got his hands on Osama, promising to “…screw him in the ass!” Yep, get out the scented candles and Vaseline, because BOOsh has got first dibs on that sweet Arab ass when he comes to town!! I suggest that if BOOsh wants to find Bin Laden soon to feed those urges of his, then he should contact the British to invest in their plans to train specialists to become psychics in order to help find the evil mastermind…and if they can’t find Osama in ample amount of time, I’m sure that cross dressing mayor of America (Rudy Giuliani) would consider accommodating the dick-taster, I mean, dictator…LOL…ROTFLOL!!

 En route to its Nevada final resting place, the shipment of depleted Uranium from Oklahoma was suddenly halted when there was a report of a “minor, low-level” breech in the luggage. No need to worry, just a little radiation…

 A number of high-level commanding officers in the military are threatening to leave if the dictator orders any kind of incursion in Iran (for which BOOsh is seriously planning); citing that our military is not ready for another war, and that we would not be able to complete the job. If we go to war with Iran, a draft would be the only conceivable remedy to a crisis in military personnel.

 The UN has called BOOsh out on his campaign to deceive us once more in relation to Iran’s supposed threat to peace in that region. Apparently the vast majority of all the “evidence” submitted to the International Atomic Energy Agency by our government regarding Iran has proved to be fabricated in one way or another…should it surprise you…actually it should, because by now this bastard in the White House should’ve been dealt with!!

 BOOsh is planning on vetoing an anti-terror measure unless a provision allowing airport screeners to unionize is removed. The Regime claims they oppose the provision because the government “needs flexibility” in their “war to terrorize”…so that means that any job seen as essential to this war is therefore jeopardized in its effectiveness if and when it becomes unionized? Whatever…

 Further proof as to the ineffectiveness of our incursion in Afghanistan is how some in the Afghan puppet government view BOOsh’s handling of their needs. It is viewed by these people that BOOsh and company wish to keep Afghan power in the hands of a select amount of warlords that would undoubtedly follow the marching orders of the Empire that placed them in control. Isn’t it sad, that our government invaded this country supposedly because of the Taliban’s ties and allegiance to Al Qaeda only to place power in the hands of the very people that fund terrorist acts with the illegal methods of making and distributing money? Sorry Afghanistan, our great nation has failed you indeed.

 Have you heard of this scandal at Walter Reed yet? If not, you must be living under a rock. The unveiled treatment – by a company that is contracted out to a company owner by a former Halliburton associate - of our brave injured men and women is flat out repulsive. Ranging from forcing them to rest in mice-infested, dirty rooms, to ignoring evident psychological problems before sending them back to the battlefield (to use the very weapons that some of them ultimately use to end their lives). At least 1,000 soldiers have been injected with a blood-coagulating fluid called Factor VII, which has both been known for resulting in lethal blood-clots and has even been connected to the sudden deaths of many of our troops. Something must change!! Apparently, - although he’s known about it before recent media reports – BOOsh has no plans to directly address the issue himself…coward. According to Lord Cheney, everyone is individually “accountable for the results”…damn straight. That means that if BOOsh and company does nothing, it is then up to us to get rid of them; until then, for all the talking they did to the media; the patients at Walter Reed have to stay silent and talk to no one but their commanding officers when they spot problems.

 While our military does everything it can to make sure no homosexuals are enlisted; they are lowering their standards to allow more and more criminals go to Iraq. Through so-called “moral-waivers” (over 125,000 of which has been granted since the year this war began), high misdemeanors and some felonies are purposely ignored to meet the recruitment quota. 900 of last year’s “waivers” included felonies, while the misdemeanors ranged from burglary to vehicular homicide.  What kind of a man is BOOsh? I ask myself that question all of the time. Well, one thing’s for sure, he’s a man that likes to go to ceremonies for amputees, apparently just as long as no other amputees are in the backdrop. One such soldier was told he had to wear pants and no shorts (although there was hot weather), because “all amputees would be seated in the front row” of the backdrop. How sad…

 The Coalition of the Dwindling continues to live up to its reputation as Great Britain recently announced plans to withdrawal about half of their soldiers by the end of the year. Denmark plans on withdrawing their soldiers from Iraq partially to fortify some to help with Afghanistan, while Lithuania has begun consideration of a withdrawal as well…so much for the “mother of all coalitions”…LMAO…

 Our Occupational Forces in Iraq recently captured and even insulted (by removing the turban of the captor), before releasing, a major Shiite Cleric and son of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (dominant Shiite led party in Iraq)’s leading member. To say that this could cause some problems would be an understatement…

 If BOOsh had sought to send the Iraqis back to the Stone Age, he might have been successful. The very fact that some civilians have been forced by water shortages to bathe, drink and do whatever else they may have to regarding water in their closest river is just reprehensible. One mother says of her family’s plight: “My children are sick with diarrhoea but I have no option.” I hope the bastards in the Regime are happy…

 With the Imperial Conquests in Iraq and Afghanistan; the military has reported that it faces a “significant” situation where we might have quite a problem dealing with even one more major crisis. Now, according to law, Secretary Gates has to report to Congress regarding his plans on how to deal with this matter…told ya so…

 Since there are not enough troops to help rebuild the province of Iraq, over 120,000 private citizens/contractors fill in the void. Part of the resentment of our brave soldiers is the pay gap between them and these contractors for doing the EXACT SAME JOB. Contractors have been known to make over 100,000 dollars a year in Iraq. As of the end of 2006; it has been estimated that around 800 of them have been killed over there, together with the death of U.S. soldiers; total American deaths probably surpass 4,000 now.

 Condi Rice has now stated that if Congress seeks to limit funds or even request a timetable for withdrawal from Iraq; the dictator will not listen. In fact, this is essentially a promise that if Congress demands an end to the war, partially by revoking the initial authorization that gave BOOsh the authority to attack the country, he will not listen…BOOsh, above and beyond the law.

 I once used to reserve any criticism of BOOsh’s significant other , but her recent comments that suggested Iraq was stable and that “no one is pro-war” just completely knocked me out of my seat (metaphorically of course). This woman must either be just as deceitful as BOOsh or must get her news from BOOsh himself…if the Middle East is so stable under our occupation, than how do you explain Darth Cheney’s near death experience in Afghanistan?!

 War Secretary Gates is making his opinion known that our occupation’s remnants will remain in the region for quite some time after the aforementioned occupation has dwindled to its conclusion. He says that we have no plans to establish permanent bases, but I will believe this once it has become the OFFICIAL position of Congress and the Regime in power!!

 In the midst of Iraq’s civil war, a new atrocity has been committed; our military has been billing some soldiers for lost and/or damaged equipment!! Yeah, the same equipment they lose when they are under attack, or the same equipment that is damaged by stains of blood…this is purely immoral!!

 What’s one way to kill a peace deal before it really gets a chance to work? Have your number two guy come out and express his skepticism that it will succeed at all. I have no problem when expressing doubts when there is a genuine reason to do so, but the fact that Darth Cheney is already showing what he thinks about North Korea’s end of the deal is defeatist at best. Great way to show your support for diplomacy, buddy!

 After a blogger recently posted critical comments of Egypt’s dominant religion and their “democratically elected” dictator (Mubarak), he was detained immediately. To think that BOOsh applauds this government and champions them as a strong “ally” in the “war to terrorize”…could he be inspired by this act?

 There is a worsening and spreading pandemic in this great country of ours. The spread of intelligence deprivation is causing our future leaders some problems. Apparently, schools are now suspected of inflating the accomplishments of our young ones, by giving them passing grades when their reading skills don’t match their curricular progress, in order to satisfy the corrupt and careless bastards in the Education Department. BOOsh’s Leave Every Child Behind to ensure Repug Dominance forever through ignorance seems to be working just fine.

Tonight's Conclusion

 2234 Days...my gosh, has it seriously been that long? Have we honestly woke up 2234 times knowing of BOOsh's crimes without any recourse. To take a line from "V for Vendetta"; every day that BOOsh remains in the Oval Office is a day of complete failure. That's a failure of the government to prosecute criminals and protect/preserve the constitution, a failure of the international community to stop this madness, failure of the media to report the truth and to demand more thereof, and finally - and most importantly - failure of the people to unite and demand immediate action.

 2234 Days...2234 failures...is that the note we want to go out on?

 Think about it as the fourth anniversary of our invasion comes on the 19th...

I call for the immediate Impeachment of the current occupant of that office...

 The “Devil” (Wal-Mart) wants to ensure that every American will be insured by 2012. However, they in no way shape or form support Universal Health Care. One has to ask how they plan to do such a thing without endorsing legislation that would do so. Could it be a possible plot to completely exterminate the middle class thus causing every American that isn’t bloody rich to qualify for Medicaid? That would just be GREAT!! (please tell me you sense my sarcasm)

 Anti-Christian are the policies of BOOsh, so much that the mental health of our nation has been on the decline since BOOsh stole our White House a little over six years ago. With many mentally disturbed (needing/not getting) the help they deserve, suicide and many crimes are on the rise, especially in the aftermath of the BIC’s wars and the mishandling of Katrina’s aftermath. Should these facts surprise you? Probably not, since it has become common practice for Repug leaders (since the Reagan Years) to ignore the needs of the mentally less fortunate in favor of more militaristic demands.

 I’ve never believed that all corporate entities are evil, and here’s why; one of those common sense corporate owners is a major proponent of raising the minimum wage. While debunking the deception of the right wing on the issue, this owner notes how in attaining greater purchase power, the poorest Americans will make more money and spend more, thus generating profit, increasing wages and creating jobs…DUH!!

 Thank God for our great Ohio Governor, Ted Strickland, standing up to the Repug Controlled General Assembly that has started threatening to eliminate the Estate Tax (and with it about 300 Million Dollars in tax revenue, 80% of which goes out to the local governments). How does it make sense to grant more tax cuts at a time of economic ruin and budget deficits? The logic escapes me completely.

 The Employee Free Choice Act, which would permit employees to either organize a Union via vote or majority of sign-up sheets (as well as inflict more serious punishments on companies that break the law regarding Unions, and force Unions and Companies to either reach an agreement or settle for binding arbitration) looks to go down in flames with a BOOsh veto (like all the other pro-American legislation passed by this Congress). At least that’s what Darth Cheney says…who’s calling the shots over there? Impeach or CHANGE will never come!!

 While showing more testicular fortitude than many Democrats in Congress, Congressman Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) (a man who believes Global Warming was caused by Dino farts) has officially threatened the impeachment of the Dictator if either one of two Border Patrol Agents that were arrested and imprisoned for the use of excessive force (such as the discharge of a firearm) against an unarmed illegal immigrant were killed in prison!! While it is disturbing that it would take the murder of a man to impeach a fascist/plutocratic war criminal Autocrat; I applaud this threat and agree with many of my allies in demanding that Democrats take note in this stance…what more will it take?!!

 It has come to my attention that the great state of Washington will now join the race in attempting to become the first state to demand impeachment proceeds be opened up immediately for the BOOsh Regime. This is almost a for sure thing, seeing how Democratic Control of both houses in the Washington State Legislature are controlled almost overwhelmingly by Democrats, but it’s getting through to our pussy House of Representatives that our real challenge resides.
